extremely helpful, professional, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I got the best option for my needs. Customer service is amazing whenever we need they van they are one phone call away
We used to hire with Enterprise and did not had a good experience on last as i booked and paid and on booking day they let us down with no van. We found Fairview online and these guys a lot better than Enterprise. Fariview customer service and vans are excellent specially Adnan was so helpful. Fairview is go to hire for us now. Thank you

I recently rented a car from this company and I was extremely happy with the whole experience. The staff treated me with kindness and respect from the beginning, and they really looked after me throughout the process. They even gave me a very good discount on the price, which I truly appreciated. The car was clean, reliable, and exactly what I needed. Great customer service, honest people, and excellent value. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth and stress-free car rental experience!

Great from the start to pick up the vehicle and driving off was fantastic and the service was excellent. Adnan at the reception desk was very helpful and patient with me throughout. Thanks Fairview and zest rental for everything.

I am hiring vans with them for almost 3 months, we never had an issue , their prices are very good and their vehicles are always in good condition like new. Fairview is my go to van hire.

Fairview were really easy to work with
Fairview Vehicle Hire were really easy to work with for a last-minute booking after another provider had let us down. Their Customer Service was really clear and prompt to respond. Easy to contact via both phone and email, also very easy to use the online tool to produce a quote. Would definitely recommend Fairview.

Would not recommend
Bad service when returning the car. Hired car whilst waiting for new mobility vehicle. Car returned two weeks early. Understand no refund and accept for returning 2 weeks early. But then get an email to say camera sensor was broken. Which was not true nor hightlighted when they inspected the car on return. Knocked £75 off the returnable deposit even though they had gained 2 weeks extra money out of me. Scre you for your deposit. Barking site is also not safe. Down a alleyway.
