Amazing product and well worth the money ..

Looking for a wifi solution for our motorhome without the need to drill holes and settled for the 5g antenna with router deluxe. Item was despatched and delivered promptly with no issues. The instructions are clear and concise which made setting up very easy. Great product very happy!

Bought from the Motorhome and caravan show at the NEC and have been using it for over 6months. Glad to say no problems so far. Excellent picture and sound quality. Lots of extra features especially on the smart options. Also easy connectivity to the internet. Highly recommend

I had a solar panel, a DC battery charger, a lithium battery and a mobile internet system fitted in September 2023. Total cost £3429. The magnetic attachment came unstuck and the wi fi unit has just hung from its wires. I notified Falcon and they have improved the magnetic mount and returned the unit to me at no cost. This weekend the electric controller has played up, all lights flashing and ‘surging’, leisure battery not charging. I contacted Falcon and they suggested a couple of checks which I’ve done but it’s not remedied the problem. I tried to solve the issue myself and eventually came to the conclusion that the controller panel was faulty. I think it failed due to excessive heat in the van. We have had a period of several hot days and the van has been stood and not used. I purchased a new controller at a cost of £150. Chris sent this out and it arrived less than 24 hours later. I’ve swapped them over and would tentatively say problem fixed! Chris has been very helpful in working with me to fix the problem, which has been an unusual occurrence. The faulty controller has been investigated by Falcon and returned to the factory to try to identify the problem. While having a faulty controller has not been ideal, these things do happen and Falcon have been great at rectifying the problem and, importantly, investigating the fault to ensure that a high standard of product is maintained! We bought our Falcon tv at the NEC in October. Unfortunately we had an issue with the DVD. After contacting Falcon they arranged for the tv to be collected and it was replaced. It was about a week from collection to replacement being received. Good service.

Really happy with the service. Quickly fitted 4G set up to allow the TV to work. Even better that they have a campsite on site.

Bought the Falcon EVO 5 as I was having issues with the broadband supplied by the marina on the inland waterways Ireland. Reception on my iPhone has always been a bit hit or miss but the Falcon has had no issues so far although I had to install it with a SIM card which was suited to uk/ Ireland with no roaming charge. Easy to install and setup with no issues supporting security camera and streaming, would recommend this product as a more affordable option to a marine unit for the location.

Great set up, have everything covered from camping ,Toilets, waiting room. Squeezed us in the next day as we were travelling & our solar was not working well. Fitted a Dc Dc charger . Lovely people

Found Falcon world class technology @ NEC Caravan and Motorhome show. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable personnel with explanations of each different device. Bought EVO antenna and 5G router 1.8 gbps and in conversation mentioned installation, happy days as DIY is not for us and our new motorhome. Booked in 2 nights free accommodation whilst fitted. Arrival to site was straight forward, gated and secure site. Talked through fitting options and next day fitted, went through instructions and away we went. 100% positive experience and well worth the ££. Fab staff especially Karl who had to help jump start us, rooky error charging something and drained the MH battery. Thanks very much, highly recommend.
