After looking at various tvs for our motor home, that can be used on various voltage, we chose this falcon tv, delivery and packaging excellent, on opening the packaging the tv was very well protected. Installation simple even for us 70+ year olds. What a picture and sound, the quality and reception are brilliant, and the tv looks extremely smart, happy to have it on display. Thank you falcon!

We bought the Falcon 19" WebOS Smart Camping TV for our Motorhome. Our first TV was cheap and only lasted 3 years so we decided to replace it with a better quality one.
We had seen Falcon at Shows so had a look on their website. The 19" WebOS Camping TV had everything we wanted, and more, but we had a few questions about the compatability with our existing Satellite dish, so we emailed and we spoke to Stuart who was very helpful.
The TV arrived within 2 days. It took longer than expected to set up but we think it was more to do with us, than the TV.
We are so pleased with the picture and love the fact you can watch it from the side or, have it at a higher height, and it doesn't go black like the old TV did.
The bluetooth soundbar was easy to set up, DVD player is great and our play lists on our memory sticks work perfectly.
Overall we are very pleased with it and would highly recommend it, and Falcon.

I've just bought a Falcon Technologies 4G combo Antenna Router. Item arrived on time and easy to set up and use. Very pleased with the company and the product.

New TV for truck camper set up went well but voice guide is too fast to understand could do with more info in the set up guide TV is excellent though.

If you're looking for a new TV or two for your caravan or motorhome, look no further! We have just purchased and set up a 22" and a 24" and they look perfect.
Easy to set up, virtually a frameless design and all the popular Apps that you would need are installed. Great value for money.

Easy to set up and use. Sound is a little ‘tinny’ when in a quiet mode. Not always clear as to where you change location on the tv when moving around [in our Motorhome]. Otherwise, highly highly satisfied.

We bought our 4G Router while at a motorhome show. The man on the sales stand was very knowledgeable and lovely to deal with.

We booked a fitting of their most expensive satellite dish in 2022 we stayed over at the campsite the night before and the next morning was greeted by the owner/boss of falcon. He went through the order that we had booked and much to our surprise told us that the fitting didn’t include the dish automatically shutting down if the engine was started before putting it to bed. This we were told would be another £150 ok we said in our opinion it was an essential part of the fitting and we would just have to pay the extra. We were then given a VERY hard sell to have WiFi antenna installed which we decided to have done (wish we hadn’t it’s a very expensive waste of money). We spent the whole day looking round the area and got back to the campsite in the afternoon thinking all the work would be done, no chance it turned out that the fitter had fitted the cables in the wrong position and on shut down the cables were getting trapped. Result was we needed to stay another day for the work to be completed.The next day they took most of the day to complete the installation and at handover I realised that even though I had paid for a twin lmb and stated that I wanted one plug point in the bedroom area as well as the one at the tv bracket in the lounge they had only fitted one in the lounge. After I pointed this out they took it back in and fitted another cable that had already been agreed at the start. So all in all I wasn’t particularly impressed. Fast forwards 2.5 years and the dish is looking quite shabby with paint peeling off in various places. The WiFi isn’t used because I find that 99% of the time I get a better signal straight from my mobile. But what has really prompted me to write this review is that recently the dish just stopped working, it literally stopped in the upright position and I hustled couldn’t get it to go down. In frustration I got in touch with falcon and after various suggestions of things to try was told “it looks like it’s jammed up get someone to press the shutdown button whilst you get up on the roof and give the dish a good push” They said if I managed to get it down that it would need to be booked in and “serviced” After many tries and lots of bashing my wife and I we managed to get the dish to go down to the home position, we informed falcon that it was now in the home position and wanted to bring it in and have it serviced, no problem they said that’s £180 up front, just let them know if I wanted to go ahead and they would give me a date for it to be done. We were not very happy that they wanted £180 before doing any work but thought that it would have to be done so that we could use it. However after numerous attempts to get them to book us in we realised that they were just completely ignoring our request for a service. Why this was we honestly don’t know. However after doing some research I have found out that the dish is not designed to be opened and if faulty would need to be replaced. Thankyou falcon for ignoring us as if we had come in you would probably tried to stick us for another £2500 dish. I’ve done my own “maintenance” oiled the moving parts I can get to, and so far the dish has worked ok. I wouldn’t use you for any work ever again as it’s obvious to me that you just charge top rate for not the best standard equipment and once you have had the money couldn’t care less about customer service.

Purchased FALCON 5G evo mobile WIFI at the N.E.C in Febuary, We needed wifi for our motorhome and the sales rep was very helpful and pointed us in the right direction with a small wifi box and external aerial, Great bit of kit wouldnt leave home with out it.

We recently rented a motorhome that came with a tv in a Falcon case, which I thought was great, excellent quality and just perfect for storing the tv. Having just purchased our own motorhome, I immediately ordered a Falcon case for the tv. As expected it is a top quality case and perfect for the job.

To tell me their sat nav was the best on the market for navigating with large vehicles only for me to find that it was no better than the Garmin and the Tom Tom Camper that I am familiar with was VERY disappointing in the least. It tried to take me down the same known narrow roads I wanted to avoid!!! After much arguing they agreed to take it back but deducted 30% despite stating, quote, ‘they work off the same matrix as the others’. 🤔 How can they be better??? Avoid at all costs 😡
Tom Tom Camper is the best for being intuitive and easy to use
30/7/25 Their response!! Doesn’t address the miss-selling of being the best on the market when it works off the same matrix! The Tom Tom is not new to me and I understood from your sales pitch at NEC Falcon was better. Clearly no better at avoiding narrow roads being same matrix and not as intuitive 🤷‍♂️

Great portable 4G router, easy to set up, good signal (Lebara SIM). Small and lightweight so perfect for our caravan.

Received my 19” Falcon Smart TV next day delivery. WOW to say that I was delighted with it, is an understatement. Setup was easy, everything connects as it should. You can get cheaper TV’s on the market but in this case you really do get what you pay for a QUALITY product with numerous features.
One tiny little suggestion that would make this 5star + would be to change the design of the 240V connector to turn to give an option to plug in the other way up.

Nice TV with twin tuners, dual voltage, good picture and sound. Just the job for my narrowboat. Only downside was that the initial language was in Spanish!

I had a problem with my controller and without giving them time to fix it published a not very nice review? But ihave been to the workshop today and was only there for about an hour and they have sorted everything out so I am a very pleased person.
Firstly I dealt with Colette who was very professional in her approach to my complaint then at the workshop today I met her then the engineer came to see what my problem was took me to the waiting area which incidentally has free tea,coffee and water has nice toilets with comfortable sofa’s to sit on he then set about sorting out my problem which he did I think his name is Chris very professional at all times. So thanks again for your service and understanding.

Bought the Falcon mobile wifi router for use in the caravan. Put the sim card in, plugged in and followed the instructionsto setup. Easy to setup got a good signal and was able to watch ITVX, Netflix etc. Would recommend this product.
