I feel like giving them one star is a lot and It’s not even worth it. They said if you have inquiries about your order email or leave a voicemail they will reach out within 24 hours that one is BS. Not recommended.

El vestido que he comprado es idéntico al del drama y visualmente es precioso, el corte es perfecto. Sin embargo, no le doy 5 estrellas porque en la web dice que es 100% algodón pero no trae etiqueta de composición y estoy bastante segura de que es un material sintético. A mi me habría dado igual a la hora de comprarlo pero no me parece bien que en la web especifiquen algo que no es real.

I purchased 6 items over $200.

They did not have 2 items and still charged me over $90

They credit $60 it to my account.

I asked to refund $93 it to my credit card.

No response. I still have not received the credit back.

Also, for 1 of the dress that I purchased, the seams and cutting are different than the pictures. I must say it looks terrible.

I asked for a refund and no response. It’s been 4 days

Good customer service would respond immediately.

I also want a refund to the dress that the cut and seams does not match the picture. It looks terrible.

As soon as I emailed you that I want a refund to my credit card, my credit was taken away from my account, yet I don’t have a refund to my credit card.

I’ve ordered a few times, and generally I would say manage expectations for clothes, don’t bother ordering albums.

I ordered one skirt in a medium that was far too big, so when I ordered again, the small is way too small. The quality definitely varies as well, but mostly on the mediocre side. Given the price of the items, I’d definitely expect better and more attention to detail regarding the sewing. (I ordered some joggers; the colour was more peach than pink, and there’s a gap in the stitching of the waistband).

My experience with albums has truly been awful. I ordered 2 albums in April, and I’m still awaiting an update on them by the end of July. I have attempted to reach out multiple times, only to get absolutely nothing back. According to my original tracking email, it’s still on the “ordered” stage. However, where they’ve updated their website, one of the albums isn’t showing up on my order and the other one has supposedly been delivered.

I understand they generally have to source the products, but I’d recommend that they don’t suggest they’re available to order if they have no idea where to source it from. Moreover, they seriously need to make it easier to get in contact with them. I have a lot of patience for small businesses, but the lack of contact has really irritated me. I personally won’t be buying from them again.

The quality of the t-shirt was very good. The delivery experience was a bit chaotic and not very timely but I got it in the end. Customer service were reactive

At first I was rather unsure if this was legit. For sometime I have taken a look here and there but never purchased. My 21 birthday rolled around and I was like fk it. I got the Jungkook matching Butter jumpsuit? The white and blue, it was pricy but I went for it. The shipping and tracking was really smooth and quick, which I was very glad for as someone who is very paranoid shopping online anywhere. I like being kept updated and my package moving at a decent pace. It arrived and I have no regrets it's comfortable and looks super good. Having outfits from your favs are just so cool haha and make me feel cool wearing it. I would recommend giving Fashion Chingu a shot. I sure will go for another shot, 😁😁👍🏻👍🏻

For reference I am 5’6, 50-55kg. I got an XL and the fit is a-lot more fitted than i expected. I suggest to get the largest size possible regardless of height or weight. I was expecting more of a baggy look but its okay because i kinda fw this lmao.

The quality is also nice, its not too heavy or too light, the fleece look really pulls off. And the delivery was super fast, came in like a week. I guess my only negatives about this is the hood, other than that its cool.

The best jeans of my life

It’s a nice shirt and it’s a decent style at first when I saw it I didn’t like it but when washed and put on it’s a nicely fitting shirt

I had to cancel my order for personal reason, unfortunetely I passed the delay for the cancelation.

The shirt I ordered is really good quality and matches the product photos perfectly! The material is thicker than I expected (in a good way). Shipping to Canada was also relatively fast. I got a 2xl and it’s a bit smaller than a North American 2xl but not by much.
