Still waiting for order to arrive from November attempted to contact company many times chasing up order it to action a refund still no luck, save your money and don’t order from this company sooo frustrating

Ordered in the summer and everything was spot on so ordered again in September for the mint windbreaker and had no update since. The item still says its in stock on the website so why isn't it being sent?. When trying to contact the Instagram i get the same response "well look into it for you" but nothing gets done. order #6588

For those people who are not getting a refund contact your bank and they can start a process to refute the refund. This worked for us as they refused to refund and just made excuses.
Best option would be to not buy from these scammers.

That reply you have just given is a joke as we have tried to resolve this with you since August and you have simply refused to provide a refund and lied along the way which is why we had to resort to dealing with the bank.

Do not order from this website ordered trainers for my son in June was still waiting in august after them saying they was waiting for them to come in stock. I then received the complete wrong trainers. Sent them back and they said they would send me the right ones out 3 weeks later nothing so I said just refund me and they told me that I was past the refund time scale even tho it was their fault. So the told me to pick something else so I did and that was in September after loads of messages and them saying the same thing sorry for the delay they are sorting it which is a load of crap I still havnt got the items I have just came on here to leave a review and the amount of people that this has happened to is shocking. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They have now changed their name on insta to fashion queenzz SCAM SCAM stay clear

After about 3 weeks of constant messaging after spending upwards of £100 my stuff finally arrived with 2 items missing been about a month and not received the missing items after getting messages it’s been sent PLS DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY even though they have replied to this they still havnt sent the top

This business is being cheeky with me every time I ask where my clothes are waist of 90 euro plus the shipping I payed twice first time got a xxl top and xs bottoms I ordered a medium my brother with autism wouldn’t make that mistake it’s honestly sad these absolute McDonald’s employees can’t get a order right like it’s a hard job they said I would get a free gift card and a refund if I text on Monday ( last week ) only because I’ve been commenting under all there posts about them being a scam they said they’d block me from there posts which they have 😂😂 so I started doing it on all their platforms now he’s not being cheeky with me and saying he sent a refund and a gift card for the inconvenience I’ve nothing sent to me I’ve proved to them as well anyone wants the proof ask me for the screenshots so you can see how scummy these doors are @rossifranzoni insta 👍

A joke of a company it’s actually laughable! Made an order in September for a holiday, it didn’t even get posted. Requested a refund got ignored, DM’d them on instagram in October and on 28.11 they messaged saying that they sorted the order. No refund so claimed through the bank now today 18.12 they’ve sent a bright green outfit when I ordered a black set with blue writing 🤣 not to mention how many people comment on their posts that they delete

Never sent my item but took money on 23 November. Only replied to me once I started commenting on Insta posts.. they replied with ‘commenting on our posts won’t get you anywhere’ they delete all negative comments on Insta.
Do not order from them.

Made 2 separate orders for products from this retailer, the first order took weeks to arrive and then was completely wrong, no refund or reasoning was given. Despite this I have the retailer the benefit of the doubt that it was a one off and ordered a second product from the site, the second order did not arrive at all and after over a month of waiting I contacted them directly but was ignored multiple times, when I eventually did get a response I was sent an email confirming a refund after I declined another product, despite the email no money has been returned to me.

Complete Scam and False Advertisement of products that the retailer clearly do not have in stock.

Didn’t receive anything for 3months . When they finally arrived it was a different colour to what I wanted and was supposed to come with a £30 gift card but it didn’t .

Shocking business, ordered one the 1/09/23 never received anything and their excuse was the shorts were the problem, made a dispute with the bank which they said they would have closed!!

Absolute scammers, ordered 2 items almost a month ago and have yet to get a email to say it has been sent. Have been constantly emailing and Dm on Instagram and just being ignored.

Service is absolutely shocking, probably the worst I’ve ever experienced. Took my order and said they were checking it then never got another response even after sending continuous messages. I then said I was going to dispute the payment as I hadn’t gotten any explanation and they replied saying they would cancel my dispute and keep my money🤣 eventually got my money back this week. They have the time to advertise the same clothing I purchased yet can’t fulfil my order? Really not sure how they’re still operating wish I checked the reviews before as everyone seems to agree.

Absolute scammers stay AWAY! Ordered 2 items of clothing & got no tracking or anything it’s been over 2 weeks and I’ve sent 3 emails & loads of Instagram dms with no response to the emails and 1 random DM on Instagram saying we will check next week and never do.
