The company is very greedy and charging…
The company is very greedy and charging 36% out of your refund money and if delay to pay their fee they called you then threatening by saying they going to send debt collector agent. Think before you proceed with this company.

Our Terms & Conditions (T&C) are presented on screen to be read during the sign-up process and before you submitted your claims, you confirmed that you had read and understood them. The T&C do set out the contingency fee payable if a claim is successful, and you were made aware of this at the start of the process and chose to proceed.
Our collections process is automated when there is a fee outstanding and if the client has not received their refund but needs it to pay the fee, we understand this and will amend the process to take it into account, however, when a lender makes us aware that the refund has been paid, as happened with you, the fee is then payable.
A complaint will be logged to fully look into your concerns, and this will be acknowledged by email.

Popped up 5yrs later for another payday!
Was okay when I was claiming my PPI back, fees ended up being a little higher than the company that my partner used. However! BEWARE - That was 2019, fast forward to 2024 when I approached HMRC for a refund, a day after getting the cheque these guys pop-up and demand 36%. There was no input from them on this matter. If you’ve dealt with them in the past make sure you’ve cancelled all contracts with them or they’ll track you down. Did get a refund for uniform in 2021 and never heard from them. Got a union fees tax refund which isn’t even on their website this time and got multiple emails from them thankfully managed to cancel and I never have to hear from this GREEDY company again!!

You initially engaged our services in 2019 to reclaim PPI and you engaged our services again in 2021 to submit tax claims on your behalf to HMRC, and this is the reason a contingency fee was charged.

Keep sending invoices and calling
So expensive, charged me £102.70 so far and keep sending more invoices! And calling me asking for more money. The claim I received from inland revenue was only £142.65. Please stop sending additional invoices!
