Transferring money is a worrying thing and FC Global made the whole process so simple. We were sending money to Australia, and FC Global were fast and incredibly efficient. Charlie was incredibly helpful and patient, explaining how the process worked and helping me to set everything up ahead of time so that when I needed to move funds it could be done swiftly. We did a test transfer of just a small amount to feel reassured that the account details were correct. Even though we were working with a 13 hour time difference, Charlie was responsive to messages and easy to reach.
The rates offered were very good and the process was easy to track through the secure website platform. This was the first move of funds but we will definitely be back in touch with FC and Charlie for our future needs.

We were recommended to use FC Global from our Conveyance Solicitor and we cannot recommend them highly enough. We called Daniel in the morning because we needed 20,000 GBP sending to our Euro bank account urgently. Daniel made the whole process extremely quick and easy and by the afternoon our accounts were setup and the transfer was made, we were given a great exchange rate that was much higher than we expected and by 6am the following day our funds were in our account. Quick and easy process Will was very informative throughout the process.
