The Team, and Charlie in particular, were very helpful and knowledgeable. Walked me through the process and addressed any concerns I had. The transfer was smooth and timely. They came highly recommended from a friend who transferred a large amount of money from the UK to Australia so I was confident in the Team before I started. We met the FC Global team at a Migration event. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They followed up the meet a couple of weeks later. Daniel was always very easy to speak to and the customer service was always great.
We completed our House sale and managed to transfer our Funds getting a great rate! The call was easy and Daniel was great from start to finish. The FC Global platform is very secure and easy to use once you familiarise yourself with the security settings. Will certainly use again when I need too.

Having been recommended FC Global through my international movers company, I have found their services invaluable and a source of massive comfort through the steps of moving from the UK to the USA. It's quite scary in itself moving country, let alone all your moneys over, through a pretty much unknown company... But Daniel was just brilliant, he was super quick at replying, advising on any issues, and putting a lighthearted and comforting feel to the process! Everything was handled with lots of confirmation emails, security calls and as mentioned speedy communication to any questions or issues we had (with the banks) - filling us with reassurance all the way through... Therefore a BIG thank-you and we would HIGHLY recommend!

I was impressed at the small margin of FC Global compared to some other well-rated competitors. This resulted in significant savings through the currency conversion and transfer process. The funds were in my USA bank the same day I started the transfer. And this was despite FC Global's UK bank requiring some added documentation. The FC Global rep kept at it to make sure things moved forward.

I have been using FC Global Payments Ltd now for a few months and they are always really responsive and helpful and have provided a quick and easy to use service.

After doing extensive research and talking to people, this was still a very fearful, anxiety ridden thing to do!!
But - I was talked through the process and what it entailed, probably several times. There was no pressure, all was done at my pace and when I felt ready. I achieved a good exchange rate due to their knowledge and I would certainly recommend (Charlie) to anyone going through a similar thing.

The whole process when using FC Global Payments has been seamless and stress free. From converting Sterling to another currency and then the onward transfer of the funds.
