Really nice earrings, quality earrings as clasp mechanism is not weak or flimsy. If you want quality, I’d recommend Fenton!

Sunny was attentive, knowledgable and thorough. She guided us through designing our dream ring and when it was finally delivered, it was absolutely breathtaking! All throughout our journey, we were given plenty of details and updates to reassure and inform us. Impeccable service and immaculate piece of jewellery.

The lady thay delt with me was very nice and calm and didn't rush me. She took her time and was very helpful.

The wrong earring was delivered, and they are currently working to resolve the issue. The level of customer service I have received from Susannah has been good. However, the situation has caused quite a bit of stress, as the earrings are intended as a gift for an upcoming birthday.

Really great customer service, I was kept up to date with the status of my order as well as the delivery. The packaging and detail in the product was very exceptionally good! The only reason I’ve not rated 5 stars is because my order was initially made incorrectly and had to be re done. They did rush the re order which was excellent.

I had an amazing experience with Fenton from start to finish. I worked with Sunny throughout the entire ring design process, and she was incredibly helpful every step of the way.

She kept me fully updated throughout, which made the whole experience feel smooth and reassuring. I also really appreciated her patience while I took my time deciding on the stone colour — she never rushed me and was always happy to guide me through the options.

Even after the ring was completed, her support didn’t stop. I needed to resize the ring (as I was quite off with the sizing), and she handled the aftercare seamlessly.

Sunny’s service was genuinely 10/10, and I would highly recommend anyone considering a ring from Fenton to work with her.

Customer service was brilliant, I dealt with Lucy mostly but also Sunny. The ring had to arrive prior to a flight I had booked and Fenton ensured it arrived in ample time. The piece is also lovely.

Fantastic experience, Linus (and the whole team in fact) was amazing; exceptionally well informed, and the mock-up/rendering of the design were incredibly helpful visuals, not to mention very patient and understanding Linus was throughout the entire process. My now-bride-to-be (yes, took me all this time to create the right moment to propose) is absolutely over the moon with her engagement ring. Bought diamond earrings from the Everyday collection back in December. They're absolutely beautiful! Seem very good quality, easy to put on and comfortable to wear. They were also delivered way before estimated, right in time for Christmas. Wish the collection included more pieces, especially pendants!
