order time

i ordered on 30th november, heard nothing until the 16th december saying my order had been made wrong and had to be restarted. on the 19th December i then got an email saying it had been delivered to northampton- which was very confusing. Thinking it had been delivered to the wrong address, i then got an email from UPS who delivered it today on the 23rd December. Shocking customer service emails which i think are automated responses. The actual personalised product is brilliant quality so there is nothing to fault there. Just communication and customer service is 👎

Abysmal service. Item arrived broken. No Customer Service.

Item ordered on the 15th December. It arrived on the 20th and was broken due to parts missing. The box wasn't sealed, so Im guessing its a previous customer return, possibly for the same reason. Now try and find a return option on the website. Nothing! Eventually you'll find an email address and they will not respond to anything. Three emails later and no response. ABYSMAL SERVICE FROM A CRAP COMPANY.

Ordered 3 presents for my family members for Christmas at the end of November. They arrived in Northampton, which I assume is their warehouse by the email they sent. They’ve been sat there over a weeks and not even bothered to post them out… Absolute joke of a company will never be using again. No I have no presents for my family and I’m £100 out of pocket. What on earth are you actually doing with my parcels? I know it’s this time of the year but to say you’ve had them over a week and still not even posted them 2 days before Christmas is a joke.

Terrible

Terrible - Christmas Present Never Arrived – Avoid!

I ordered a Christmas present at the beginning of December, expecting plenty of time for delivery. It’s now stuck in Northampton and hasn’t moved for weeks. The lack of communication and failure to deliver on time is unacceptable.

If you’re thinking of ordering from this company, don’t. Save yourself the stress and disappointment – they simply cannot be relied upon.

After reading the reviews I was a bit…

After reading the reviews I was a bit nervous but had a great experience.

Ordered last minute personalised item in which it said an estimated delivery of the 23rd and explained it may take longer over Christmas.

Arrived today as stated

I think people are getting confused as they are shipped from Austria to uk and then it flags as delivered but its then sorted in the UK and delivered to your address.

Would order from here again for sure.

Terrible service - do not use

Ordered two glasses for Christmas early December, no updates until the 19th saying this was delayed but will be here in time for Christmas, I have messages for an update as these are present and had no response at all other than a robot. No number to contact them on, no response on WhatsApp or email. Appreciate it is a busy time of year however orders should not be guaranteed before Christmas if you can not fulfill. Terrible service - will not use again.

Great items order in plenty of time.

Yes took a while to arrive ordered 26th Nov and didnt arrive until 18th Dec so long wait but luckily they arrived on time. Items are fab expensive but good for Christmas gifts. Customer service from Steven who was prompt and helpful? explained the process as i thought my items were delivered to address in Northampton but actually this was just arriving in uk with ups and then came swiftly from royal mail. Would use again thank you Steven sorry dont have your surname on emails from you can't wait to gift!!

Absolutely shocking timescales

Absolutely shocking timescales, ordered a mug on 4th December, now late on the 22nd and still no sign. Took an age to print then sat in Austria for a week. I could have had it done in a few minutes in boots. Had to buy an alternative secret santa present, will never use them again.

Ai generated replies saying it’s with there a”specialist team “ to find out where it is
This so called team don’t ever respond
They send you emails asking to review your order - I would if I had it 😂😂
Honestly I urge people to avoid this company like the plaque
I will be reporting and doing a charge back
No idea how they are still trading !!

AI response from ‘Stephen’ says it should be delivered for Xmas, even though the used Royal Mail tracked 48 and I had had no notification of UK shipping. I have raised a dispute for refund from Mastercard. AVOID!

No communication then the wrong item turned up.
Ordered a personalised beer glass for my brother for Xmas at the start of December. You put a pic of their face on and personalise the brand on the glass to “Birra di ‘insert name’”.
Anyway it got to the 20th December and I hadn’t heard a thing.
Went back through my emails and found an order number. Emailed them but heard nothing back.
Fast forward to today the 22nd December and a parcel arrived marked “Firebox”. Phew I thought, just in time.
Opened it to find a glass like the one I ordered but with a different name on it and a picture of a random guy I’ve never met.
My glass should have said “Birra Di Watsa” but the one I have says “Birra Di Gilberto” with what is I’m assuming a picture of Gilbert.
So thanks Firebox, I’m £30 down and have a glass with a random guts face on to give my brother for Xmas.
I’ve emailed but no doubt won’t hear back as they have lousy reviews now I’ve looked into it.
What a joke!

Do not purchase from here it may as well be a scam.

I spent £75.00 on Christmas gifts for 3 people.

They deliver from Austria to the UK. They specifically deliver to a warehouse in Northampton and then use a courier service to deliver from there UK wide.

I placed my order on 7th Dec and it arrived at the Northampton warehouse on 18th Dec. It's sat there for 4 days not moving and it's only 3 days away from Christmas.

They have zero customer service, a WhatsApp chat who do not respond and they do not reply to emails. .

All they do is send a mail merge generic email that they are experiencing delays and not to contact them.

AVOID. I am going to try and raise the dispute with my bank. They are complete scammers.

I ordered a personalised stein glass for my father and was worried it wasn't going to be here on time before Christmas. I had an email saying that it had been delivered but in Northampton and was very confused. I sent an email to clear up the confusion and turns out it had to be sent to their UK warehouse in Northampton and then it gets sent over to your address. It state in the email that it had to do it's UK run but obviously I didn't know the warehouse was in Northampton. There was a lot of confusion but I'm happy to say I received the gift today and I'm over the moon with the product, the image is clearer on the inside rather than the outside but this is due to frosted glass on the outside, I'm sure once there is beer in there it will come out clearer 😁 Firebox did also reply back to reassure me my product will be on its way and that I would get a dispatched email when it was which I did so I'm very happy with the correspondence 😁
Ordered on the 8th December and arrived on the 21st December so not too bad for delivery time 😁

Ordered a Christmas gift and it's not arrived it says it with ups but they do t seem to be sending it. Judging by other complaints, you need to change your courier. And improve your customers service. I've not been able to contact anyone to help. Someone has been let down for Christmas now. And not likely to get a refund as I can't make contact with the company.

Ordered a personalised beer glass and received no parcel took the money then no communication then finally after weeks of messages told me they will send it out.
I still haven’t received it and yet again no communication!!!! Avoid Avoid Avoid save your money because there a scam.

Confusing tracking, good customer service

Was initially worried when the tracking info said my item had been delivered to Northampton. Emailed the customer service and receive a very quick response explaining that the item would be sent from Northampton to me.

They could definitely do better by not sending me the initial tracking and avoiding all of this confusion.
