I’d give a 0 if I could, I did a personalised item that stated it was coming from Austria, strange but anyway was given a tracking number for ups and yesterday received a email to say it’s been delivered to brackmills industrial estate GB and given to someone named lukas!
This is obviously nowhere near me no idea were or who they given the parcel too, I contacted ups and turns out the tracking number is not even in any of my details! Firebox are ignoring me on all platforms I try and contact them on. Fb comments on there page show this is extremely common. This is a SCAM!!!! Absolutely disgusting and I’m dissatisfied and disappointed now I don’t have time before Xmas to get another sentimental gift done in time. These people need to be shut down!!! I will be reporting them to trading standards!!!

If your order hasn’t arrived yet and says ‘it’s been delivered in Northampton by Lucas’, don’t worry, it will arrive, it just takes a little while.

I have only given a 3* review due to the stress of worrying if it would arrive before Christmas. I ordered in the last week of November and it only arrived today. I read some bad reviews on here which just made me more worried! But once received, Iove the product - a beer stein with my dad’s face on, he will love it!

Thought this was a scam got a delivery notification to say item delivered to Northampton. I emailed customer service who explained when there is a personalised item it comes from Austria and it is delivered to the Northampton depot, from there royal mail picks the order up and delivers. Got my beer glass today and it is fantastic.

Would give 0 if I could . Total scam ordered ages go . Been told so many times it’s been dispatched yet no tracking ????
Nothing arrived total rip off . By luck I am down near their contact address so I will pay them a visit see what’s going on !

It had been arrived by a person in Northampton called Lucas - live nowhere near Northampton
Tried to resolve through WhatsApp and email however no response

Ordered a beer glass on 24th November, a week later I got an email saying it had been delivered to an industrial estate? Then 3 days later I got another email saying i needed to check the address i was sending it to as Royal Mail were saying it was wrong! This was not the case, i have emailed and contacted them via WhatsApp on numerous occasions and have had no reply! DO NOT ORDER from this company!

Would not recommend this company at all. Ordered on the 29th November,recieved tracking to say it had been delivered to Northampton, nowhere near me. I have emailed, messaged on whats app, Facebook, Instagram and just get completely blanked. These are personalised Christmas gifts that I know have to try and replace

It seems that everyone is having the same problem and our parcel is being received by Lucas at Northampton. Was in contact with them today asking where my parcel is I was receiving AI responses back as you could with this symbol being used “-“ within the sentences and also random words were highlighted bold and the response time was really quick, too quick to actually look into my query. Once I attached an image of the UPS saying the parcel is lost two days after it apparently been received by Lucas I’ve had no response currently trying to file a claim through PayPal looking on Facebook and trustpilot lots of people are having the same issue, please do not order from them.!!!!!!

Terrible ! Wouldn’t use this company ever again, my parcel has been delivered to somewhere in Northampton by someone called Lucas, I don’t live remotely anywhere near Northampton ! After reading the reviews this has happened by before. Now I’m money down and no one replies to messages.

I was told by UPS to contact them which I did and never heard anything, SCAM.

It seems I am another customer who has not received their item, with the tracking showing that someone called Lucas in Northampton signed for my items a week ago (according to UPS). I have emailed, and sent a WhatsApp with no reply - very frustrating as I have ordered from this company multiple times in the past and have never experienced any issues.

My son saved his money and ordered his father a personalised Beer Stein for Christmas but its been delivered to the wrong address. No one is coming back to me. I've emailed and used the WhatsApp service. This really is unfair

noch nie so einen mist gesehen wie firefox. seit update vom 13.12.2025 geht nichts mehr. meine ganzen lesezeichen sind weg. verschiedene seiten macht er nicht mehr auf. meldung anscheinend einen konflickt mit meiner sicherheitssoftwar, das ich nicht lache. vorher lief alles seit der mist mit der ki drauf ist läuft nichts mehr. hatte es geschafft das die lesezeichen wieder gespeichert werden und am nächsten tag war alles weg. firefox ist so hochnäsig das die noch nicht mal eine meldung an die emailadresse sendet das sich etwas ändert, wird einfach gemacht. es gibt auch ältere leute die nicht so gut drauf sind mit laptop und schon garnicht mit handy. frage mich ab diese idioten die älteren lieber abschieben möchten. leider gibt es kaum andere möglichkeiten als diesen mist von firefox zu nehmen. mit anderen kenne ich mich nicht so gut aus, aber hier mitlerweile garnicht mehr.muß jetzt mal sehen und firefox anschreiben nur wird es eine antwort geben die ich und viele meiner generation nicht vertehen werde durch das zu komplizierte geschreibe. werde es mal versuchen. sche... spiel.

I ordered over 2 weeks ago and when I check tracking it says ‘delivered to Lucas in Northampton’. I can see the exact same has happened to others.
Clearly a scam.

I made purcase ,a gift present.
I didnt recive any mail,no order number,nothing but transaction went thrue,so I was very scared that I got scammed.
I contact customer service and they respond immdietly and provide me my order number and valid tracking number via Gls,and my pacage arrive within 5 day eaven it was personalized present

Lucas in Northampton nicked my order

I'm from London so seeing it's been delivered here is not great. Company not responded to my emails

Ok to my surprise my bad & unusual experience is replicated elsewhere in the reviews.

Order took a while and it was confirmed as delivered on Friday. However it has been delivered to a house 5 miles away.

Now going backwards and forwards with them when it is absolutely obvious they have messed up.

Used for many years and now seem amateurish.

I ordered a personalised beer glass on 30/11/25. Two weeks later I received an email saying my order has been delivered and signed for by Lucas in Northampton. I live nowhere near Northampton and my correct address was provided to them when I ordered. I’ve emailed customer support but judging by the other reviews on this page I doubt I’ll get a response. Defo avoid this company!!!

Received a product on 6th December damaged. Contacted Fire Box via emails as advised to do via the website. Then further by the online support then a third time via WhatsApp. I still have had no response.
Product was a framed personalised photo which was plastic covered and not a glad frame and has a crack right across the photo. The photo also came damaged that was in side the frame.
Due to the lack of response from Fire Box and the damaged product I would not recommended at all.
