absolute shambles from start to finish. Order a fathers day gift 1 week before fathers day. 3 weeks later I am waiting for the correct item. I received a gift 2 weeks late and then it was someone elses order with someone elses face on it!! Emailed them several times to try and resolve, no reply, no tracking, wrong item, timescales on delivery are incorrect, no attempt to resolve. AVOID!
Father’s Day order
I ordered a Father’s Day present a week before Father’s Day and didn’t receive any notification about it being on its way. Reached out to customer service via email as I had read the recent bad reviews. They quickly replied to apologise and to say there were delays with personalised gifts due to Father’s Day (as expected). Completely understandable and I shouldn’t have left it until last minute. They tracked my order and emailed to update as soon as it was on my way. I collected my item today and love it, as does the recipient!
AVOID
I ordered a personalized item on 02/06, before ordering it said that it would be delivered on the 9th of June at the latest. I received nothing by the 9th and contacted customer service who told me that personalized items take an extra 7-9 days. That is not what the estimated delivery times said in the product page!!!!!
The item arrived 13/06 and it had scuffs all over it so we could not give it as a present. I emailed them asking for a refund and they completely ignored me so I contacted my bank and asked for a chargeback. Don't bother buying from this company, go to a small business on Etsy.
Unprofessional. Avoid!
Item received over 2 weeks late. During that time communication was dreadful. Email replies received from firebox, which were very few were Unprofessional.
Delivery which was charged and meant to be fast wasn't refunded. And had the cheek to offer a discount for future purchases which is unbelievable. Avoid like the plague.
Go to a small seller on etsy, or not on the high street instead.

Was worried when I didn’t receive a shipping update email and bad reviews. Then looked on their Facebook page and saw they had posted re a large amount of orders. Still received mine in time for Father’s Day and a follow up email with a discount code for future use.
Gift wise my dad loves it and so does everyone who sees it.
2 weeks after ordering, no delivery and no update
Ordered Father’s Day gift on 6th June. Still not arrived. Sent an email a few days after Father’s Day requesting and update and have received no reply.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Terrible Service the only thing they do quick is take your money!
Ordered a personalised glass ready for father's day. Firstly they didn't say when it would be posted and after waiting over a 10 days for something which was supposed to be posted after 2/3 days I emailed them. Emailed them 3 times and didn't get any reply at all. Suddenly received an email that my order would be delivered the following day. It arrived and isn't my glass it had somebody else's face on it and a different persons name. Contacted them to find out how to return the same and get my glass but to date and after 4 emails and 1 instagram message I have heard nothing. It's an absolute sham!! There was no delay taking the payment. To add insult to injury they apologised to people who bought anything for father's day and offered a discount of your next order. Why would anybody want to order from them again after this nightmare. Am now trying to report to Trading Standards and get my money back via the bank chargeback scheme.
No communication and no Fathers Day present
Ordered on 8 June for Fathers Day... 11 days later and still not here and probably won't turn up.
No help or communication when I've emailed and reached out. No tracking information.
Dad still with no present which is really upsetting.
No way of contacting apart from email that gets ignored. Happy to take your money though. Do not use.

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered on the 9th and had no updates, I have emailed and sent a message via whatsapp and still had no response. Customer service is none existent, communication is none existent. It worries me that a company is quick to take your order but can't even respond to a simple email/ whatsapp.
Terrible customer service
Item was ordered on 4th June for a birthday on 13th June. Told it would take 1-2 days plus 3-4 for personalised gifts which it was so had plenty of time to arrive. Messaged them via their website on 13th after having no updates and received no reply. I then emailed and WhatsApped again on 16th and have had no reply until today - two weeks after the order. Only communication i received was a generic templated email offering an insulting 15% off my next shop (which I won't be using!) as a sorry rather than any partial refunds etc. Communication has been non-existent and gift no longer needed as I had to buy elsewhere now due to this long wait. Has come across as if it was a scam which many people on Facebook etc have also thought due to similar experience. I've reported and requested a refund throught PayPal who I'm glad I used. Won't keep well away from this company!
No reply to emails and order never arrived
Ordered a Father’s Day gift on the 28th May and STILL have NOT received the order. I emailed them on the 10th June to which I had a response the same day letting me know my order should be in the country by 11th and would send it out asap. It is now the 18th June I have sent a further 3 emails which have all been ignored and I have no order. Terrible, would not recommend or use this company again which is a shame because their items look fantastic. I just want a response to my emails to know if I’m ever going to get my order and if I’m not then give me a full refund please !!
Ignored! Offered refund, sent the product anyways and no refund
I ordered a product for Father’s Day, paid next day delivery and hadn’t recieved dispatch notice by the week before Father’s Day.
I was told they were unable to deliver to the timescales because of busy periods and offered a refund, which is what I opted for. I responded immediately asking for that refund.
No response, I chased 2 days later no response, I chased yesterday over 3 working days later and no response.
This morning I receive a dispatch notice!
It’s a personalised product so their t’s and c’s wont allow me to return it when it does arrive and now I’m left with something I don’t want and shouldn’t have paid for!
Completely ignored and no response still.
Don’t order…

False advertising, promised to be delivered 3 days before Father’s Day it’s now been 3 days since Father’s Day and no sign of dispatch if they Can’t keep up with orders they shouldn’t accept them, simple
Appalling service
Ordered a Father’s Day present on the 3rd of June, it’s now the 17th still not even received a dispatched email, after messaging them to cancel the order they have reply offering me a 15% my next order. Absolute joke of a company.

15% off discount code given as a half attempt of an apology like it is a decent discount?? Not needed as I certainly will never be shopping here again.
Item severely delayed and didn’t arrive in time for the occasion it was ordered for (ordered well in advance). Asked to cancel the order but it was shipped anyway and I am on holiday so who knows what will happen to it now as it has been delivered to the local parcel shop and I won’t be able to collect it on time.

Not a scam! I received my beer glass in time for Father’s Day and also received an apology email for the delay. They also replied to an email asking where it was. Yes a little delayed but guess they were overwhelmed with orders.
