I ordered something for Father’s Day well in advance. Still not even got a dispatch note.

Will never use again.

I ordered on the 5th June, started to wonder where my item was as I ordered it for Father’s Day. Came on here and seen the bad reviews and panicked. I sent them a WhatsApp and got an email back apologising and confirming they had received my order in the warehouse In the uk and that they’d upgrade my postage for free. My order got delivered today at 9am which I’m so happy with as it arrived for Father’s Day. Great customer service, very happy!

Please do not order from this company I ordered a personalised beer glass on 3rd June still not arrived. I’ve also sent a couple of messages which have also not been replied to!!! Please avoid this company. I will be speaking to my bank and watchdog.

Ordered personalised birthday items.
After 2 weeks, didn’t turn up, emailed several times no answer. No update. No idea. It’s a shame because I have used this company several times before a while ago and not the issues. Maybe they stopped caring about their customers. I won’t be ordering again

After seeing this advertised on social media I completely fell for it! I Have had to seek a refund via my bank because this 'company' have not sent my items, or got back to any of my emails, web email enquiry, or WhatsApp messages. despite me ordering 2 weeks ago. They give 3-4 days plus 1-2 for shipping, It's father's day tomorrow and I was counting on this order arriving. such a waste of time and money! Also these are customisable items so they now have my husband's photo and my pets so if it is a scam it's also GDPR data breaching

Really disappointed with their delivery times. I ordered a gift for fathers day and double checked delivery times to make sure it would arrive on the Saturday before. I just checked and it's not going to arrive until Monday... I chose Firebox over their competitors specifically because they were able to deliver sooner even though they were more expensive. Won't bother next time.

Would like to strongly stress not to use this company. Delivery for personalised items is listed as 3-4 days, 11 days later late for my father’s birthday the item arrived. As seen in the photo the quality is very poor and to add to it a massive scratch down the side. I’ve had no response from the company and no communication after completing the purchase other than my receipt. When your charging over the odds for a person used cup you would expect some sort of professionalism and some what of a decent product. In summary save your money guys this company and there products aren’t worth a w*nk

I ordered a personalised beer glass as a Father’s Day present on the 3rd of June and although Firebox didn’t respond to my email asking for an ETA on delivery, it has arrived today. It’s great quality and really happy with it!

I’m not saying that it is okay to not respond to emails but presuming the company are having an extremely busy time processing many orders and have prioritised sending out the orders over replying to emails asking where the orders are. Really hope this doesn’t damage their business as the glass itself is brilliant!

I've been trying to contact firebox relating to an order I made a over a week ago for father's day, I haven't received a reply and I also paid for recorded next day delivery allowing a few days extra for personlised items.
I still haven't received my parcel and when I've tried to track it on their website it says incorrect data.

Item has arrived late hence the 4 stars but still in time for fathers day, communication was a bit lacking but I should imagine they were overwhelmed with orders following a big social media campaign. The personalised glass is great quality and I'm delighted with it

Ordered 2 personalised mugs 10 days ago for father's day. Haven't been dispatched. Tried to contact them but thats been ignored.

Wish I read the reviews before ordering.

These are scammers. Beware, they don't respond to any questions or deliver your order. File a complaint legally as this firm should be closed

Same sentiment as other reviewers here, unfortunately made an order on the 2nd June with shipping expected to arrive 8th June at latest, despite several attempts of communication through multiple channels I have been met with no reply.

Ended up raising a dispute with my bank to get our money back. Extremely disappointed as these were Father’s Day gifts from my children to their Grandfather.

Ordered a father's day gift on the 1st June, website said personalised items would be dispatched within 5-7 days. After the initial email confirming my order I haven't received any other emails or updates from the company. I was expecting at least something, especially after the 7 days had passed. I have emailed and also messaged via WhatsApp a few times but received no response. Looking at all the other reviews it would appear I'm not the only one. I have resigned myself to the fact I won't be receiving my order before father's day, but I'm now losing hope about ever receiving my order. Hopefully I can sort out a refund through my bank. Stay well away from the company.

Avoid! Item so delayed now, no communication, tried email, tried WhatsApp. Nothing. Probably won't get it in time. Avoid.

Ordered something for fathers day 2.5 weeks ago and nothings arrived. I've contacted firebox on all the means advertised with no response. Phone number doesn't connect.
Get the feeling I've been scammed. So disappointing as it was a special father's day gift.

Made a terrible mistake of ordering without looking at trust pilot first. So annoyed at myself as normally I do. Ordered on the 2nd of June for Father’s Day, says 3-5 days delivery for personalised, nothing, emailed them asking where it is, they say it’s 5-7 days for personalise and refund delivery charge, gives me hope they’re not scammers. They tell me we expect it on the 10th of June and it will be sent straight out with tracking information, now Friday the 13th they are not responding to my emails and I’ve not received a thing, so frustrating as it’s a gift from my kids to there dad! Awful awful company, do not use!! The positive reviews have to be false!

Appalling customer service. Order placed on 29th May for Father’s Day gift and then radio silence. No dispatch emails, no response to my emails asking where the item is, NOTHING.
Disputed payment with PayPal and was refunded. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, total scam.

Still waiting for Father’s Day gift, bought on the 2nd June. They emailed and said the personalised items are done in Austria hence the delay. Absolute joke

Ordered on the 29th May, for Father's day, have chased on email and FB and still not had a response, now the automated message on fb now says we are away 😡
