We have recently introduced more flexibility options for our customers by offering holidays which allow you to choose and pay only for what you need, such as luggage and transfers. These can be added in the booking process according to only what you'd like to book. After lots of positive feedback, we have found that this is a popular option, although we understand it may not suit everybody.

Not very clear on transfer inclusion
Not very clear on transfer inclusion, states no transfer but I chose coach transfer, now it’s not an option to amend, ability to ‘add request’ is not available, when there was no request available when first booking.

We understand your frustration with the unclear information regarding transfers. I have investigated this further and can see you have a coach transfer applied to your holiday. Unfortunately we are experiencing technical difficulties with coach transfers showing within the manage my booking our IT team is actively trying to get this resolved.
Despite the initial disappointment I do hope you go on to have a fantastic holiday.

La Gomera - Canary Islands
Very good holiday, travel, hotel and location but beware of two totally unacceptable circumstances that they don't tell you about - as usual it's all down to lack of adequate communication.
On the ferry across to La Gomera I had the haul a heavy suitcase up three flights of steep, narrow , slippery stairs when boarding with no lift, rep or crew (who refused to help me) in sight. Yes there was a solution but no one was told about it nor did they explain how to access it!
Hotel - we were dumped, at 9 pm in the dark, 500 yards away, with a driver who spoke no English, pointing in the vague direction of restaurants and other buildings. He could have driven into the hotel - but chose not to!

Their website is very informative
Their website is very informative. I also had to use their customer services twice. Once to amend my booking dates and accommodation and again to update the passenger info as their website was playing up. They were very friendly and helpful both times.

NEVER AGAIN!
Given the amount of notice, explanation about a health matter we felt more consideration may have been given in terms of our reluctant cancellation.
Instead we have ended up paying nearly £500 for a holiday which we feel maybe made available to someone else, it is not until mid-June!
We hadn't used First Choice for a number of years and never will again.
In our opinion, very short sighted given the competition in the market.

Thank you for your feedback, we do appreciate any feedback good or bad and for the time you have taken to provide this for us. I have taken a look at this for you and can see that we were able to offer at looking into alternative options for you on a couple of occasions however you decided that you would like to proceed with the cancellation at this time. We completely understand that losing deposit can be a lot of money and so we will always assist where we can in offering any options we have available as an alternative to cancellation.
I understand this may be disappointing, and we can only apologise, however we are unable to override terms and conditions which you agree to when confirming a holiday and so on this occasion it was loss of deposit to proceed with cancellation.
We are sorry for any disappointment caused on this occasion, and we do hope that we may be able to assist for you in the future if you look to book a new holiday with us.
