Amazing Customer Service
I spoke to Jose Flores and Roselyn (if I remember the name correctly) due to a dispute case. During my experience with customer service, they were both amazing. They showed great empathy for my situation and I felt they did everything in their power to help. Easily best customer service I’ve interacted with in years. So kind and clearly know their stuff!

I had asked for personal service
I had asked for personal service, as I had a large loan that I was paying off early and I was paying down the majority of debt that was acquired while my son was in treatment for leukemia. They disregarded me completely. Did not even reach out to me personally. I have paid off my loan, and closing accounts and I will not be investing with this credit union. I value personalized service and you won't find it at this credit union, even if you request it.

After 40 years of perfect payments I…
After 40 years of perfect payments I was hospitalized 5 times last year and we are struggling with medical expenses. Working with Frank today was a bright spot in my day. He took the time to understand my situation and made sure he did everything within his domain to assist me. He was knowledgeable, professional and empathetic. I appreciate the technological assistance available today , but nothing can take the place of a compassionate human touch. Thanks for your help Frank.

Hector was outstanding
Hector was outstanding! He spent extra time to explain everything to me and made me feel at ease about putting my money in a safe place. Every time I have visited the branch I am greeted at the door immediately, offered beverages and taken to a lovely private office to do my banking. I came to First Tech to move my money out of big banks that are only in the business of making money for themselves off of working people. First Tech is in the business of helping their clients and giving back to the community. Highly Recommend!

Relocation services (Jan to April 2026
Jake Stones assisted me with setting up my US bank account, and I honestly could not have asked for better support. From start to finish, he was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional. He guided me through the entire process, explained everything clearly, and was always available whenever I had questions.
What really stood out was how present and supportive he was throughout ,he didn’t just do his job, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted smoothly.
Excellent service, outstanding communication, and a truly seamless experience. I highly recommend Jake to anyone who needs assistance. Thank you, Jake Stones!
