Poor service. Buyer beware. Never again.

Purchased an FX air rifle from them and I somehow managed to get 5 pellets stuck in the barrel..!!?? Spoke to GARY WINGATE there whom was very helpful and suggested I send the rifle back to them and he'd have a look and see what he could do. Just received a call saying that he managed to remove the pellets and all was well.

Will definitely buy from them again.

Highly recommended.

Order from these people a car rod rack . Their courier failed to deliver stating nobody at home and that I had to collect!

I ordered an item online from GAC and when it arrived, there was an issue with it. I was in Glasgow next day so I took it back to the store. The guys were brilliant, no quibble, no hassle and gave me a full refund. Excellent customer service.

Poor customer service, unnecessarily rude on the phone.
Take far to long to dispatch items.
Eventually tell you the item has shipped then receive email from courier a day later saying they have just collected the item, a week to deliver something they have in stock in this day and age is a joke

They use ups.ups cut corners and deliver to service point.when I've tried explaining that as a disabled guy that's not fabulous.i got the most disgusting disnterested answers.no worries-rod returned at your cost-and I'll buy elsewhere.
I know you're not bothered and honestly neither am i-ill happily spend more for better service.

Most expensive Tackle shop i have found and Absolutely hopeless customer service bordering rude, never use again.
