We have booked several holidays with Scarlett at the Horsham Flight Centre office. She has always been exceptionally helpful as we are pensioners and custom-build our holidays. I cant fault my experience with Scarlett Martin at the Horsham flight centre. Her initial route recommendation worked perfectly and when i needed to change my flights from abroad she was unbelievably helpful and responsive!

I was Recommended to speak with Rachel Mason-Smith who was the manager of the Horsham branch. I needed help with business flights to Australia and she went above and beyond with her help and answering my many questions I had and all very quickly. Within 24 hours she provided me with an excellent flight and timings were great and all seats booked too. Can't fault her service.

Went to Flight Centre in Horsham with my friend and Michelle organised our 3 day trip to Lille, travelling Eurostar. Also staying in a lovely Hotel in the centre of Lille. Michelle’s service went above and beyond we expected! She is very professional and a lovely lady. Would highly recommend.
