I had enquired about going on a cruise for the first time as a solo passenger and was genuinely 50/50 as to whether or not to do it, but after speaking with Michelle - she has been absolutely fantastic and has completely got me engaged with the holiday and I have gone on and booked it! She has been so knowledgeable and giving out great advice and any query or question I have asked has never been any problem for her to answer. Michelle was so helpful during my recent trip to Australia, especially regarding the situation in the Middle East, keeping me informed about the on-going situation with flights home via Dubai and making sure I got home safely. She managed to change my seats to better ones when they became available and even helped me out with problems with luggage on an internal flight which (as I had Qantas points to use up) I hadn’t booked through her.

Staff were efficient, thoughtful, friendly and thorough. They organised our family’s Japan flights, reorganised them when the airline changed our connections, helped with seat choices, passport registration etc

The travel advisers Scarlett was extremely knowledgeable and secured flights which were ideal for our purposes

We were stuck Hanoi during the Iran bombing and our flight to Doha was clearly going to be cancelled. And we were hearing some horror stories about people being stuck there for up to 4 weeks. Throughout this whole nervy time Scarlett, kept providing us with best information and kept us patient.
Why did we worry, we had Wonder Woman, on our side, who got us home safely and with the absolute minimum delay. Thank you, you’re wonderful.

We were caught up in the flight issues affecting UAE. Our travel consultant found us several options for flying back from Sydney to the UK. We paid for one via Shanghai, for a day later than planned, hoping Emirates would reimburse the unused portion of our ticket. This was followed up on our behalf by Flight Centre. We are safely back and reimbursed. Thanks Scarlett for all this extra help!

From the initial planning stages of our 4 country, 2 month trip, Scarlett Martin was brilliant. She really listened to us as individuals and made sound recommendations and got us better prices for our flights than we could have done. The level of support she and Daisy gave us over the uncertainty of the situation in the Middle East and the subsequent cancellation of our return flights couldn’t have been better. They were there giving support and advice until we got our journey home rerouted with a different airline within the Alliance. This was the true test and believe me they excelled. We heard so many horror stories from fellow travellers who could not get through to the airlines directly.

Frankie Edwards at Flight Centre did a great job of finding us flights to get us from London to Sri Lanka when our planned flights were cancelled due to the Middle East crisis. She sought so many options for us and found various routes for reasonable prices after I had run out of options searching by myself online. She made our holiday possible when I thought we were going to have to cancel.

Couldn't have got there without her.
