I often used Flight centre to book my holidays and found my recent experience professional and accommodating. Special mention to Sophie C for her patience and prompt response with my booking. Keep up the good work.

We had never used Flight Centre before and spoke to a few different folks as we put our schedule together and everyone we spoke to was interested, efficient and cheerful. Melanie Hill in Romford was also throughly patient with last minute changes and found us fantastic flights at an unbelievable price. She even took care of an extra detail for us on her day off working out of office - seriously above and beyond. We cannot recommend her highly enough - and will certainly be back to benefit from her advice and experience again. 10/10 🔥

Reece spent a considerable amount of time getting us exactly what you wanted

This is following on from my previous review below on the 19th May. I had been told categorically that my refund had been processed as per the email response I received below. Clearly stating that my refund had been sent that day. 11 days later I am still waiting for the money to be returned despite written correspondence from the Manager of the branch and the refunds team stating that it had been sent promptly.

‘We will be refunding you in full as the hotel in your booking was unavailable when we tried to convert it. You will receive a full refund of ‘xxxxx’ which head office will action for you today.’

This company is a complete and utter disgrace. If I was a gambling man, I would bet that this was done on purpose and that once the company had my money, I would pick another hotel, therefore not losing them a sale.

Ope arranged two long-haul holidays for my family in Australia this week. She arranged the flights, hotels, and stopovers and sourced excellent value all-around deals.

We have used Flight Centre for a number of years and for the last 4 or 5 Melanie Hill has always done an outstanding job for us. Out travel is long haul, multi centred with multple connections, and I need assistance! Mel has organised all of this complex travel without any fuss. It's great to know that we can rely on her completely.
