Flight Centre South Africa - Flight Centre The Grove Pretoria Opiniões

My sister and I are most impressed with all aspects of our arrangements recently made by Ms Melandri Olivier, Flight Centre, The Grove.
From the initial quotation in February 2026, right through to visa arrangements, our numerous enquiries were attended to without delays and with great efficiency, and endless patience.
She is a pleasure to deal with, and we could not have been in better hands.
A special thank you to you Melandri, from Celia Bouwer and Tina Buys 👏.

I had a wonderful experience with Melandri Olivier at Flight Centre at The Grove in Pretoria. She assisted me with booking a flight to Zürich, Switzerland so that I can visit one of my daughters, and she went the extra mile to find the best flight option with a 20-hour layover in Amsterdam. This allows me to also spend time with my other daughter who works there, which means a lot to me.

Melandri was extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain all the options clearly and made sure that the itinerary suited my needs perfectly.

It was clear to me that she truly loves what she does and that she is a genuine travel expert. Her passion for helping clients plan the best possible trip really shines through in the service she provides.

Thank you, Melandri, for your outstanding service. I truly appreciate your help and will definitely book my future travels through you again. I highly recommend Melandri Olivier and Flight Centre The Grove to anyone looking for professional travel advice and excellent customer service.

I was happy with the quick and satisfying response when we asked for suggestions on where to go in October.
