Gino Hemady is fabulous. He went above and beyond to work with me on my commercial floor order. So grateful for all of his help. I would recommend Floor City to anyone!

Doing a small floor job in my home myself, I didn't purchase quite enough vinyl click tile. Instead of going back to the retailer to order an additional box I ordered from Floor city. To my surprise,... Ver mais

Excellent Flooring Company
When I go online to order products I want a company that I can trust to get me my order on time at a reasonable cost. I would recommend this company to others.

Not happy with sample
I requested a sample of Armstrong Excelon Tile 51901 Taupe and received a sample of 51906. Needless to say I was trying to match this specific tile that had been placed in 64 apartments, so receiving a Teal instead of a Taupe tile did not help at all.

Resposta da Good Floors
I am very sorry to hear that. After looking into this it appears we ordered the correct sample from the manufacturer sent it out incorrectly. If you would like a credit or significant discount on your order please call customer service at (800) 898-9540.
Great Price on discontinued item
We found a great price on this discontinued flooring through Floor City. The only downside was that we had to drive across town to retrieve it, there was a strange policy with regards to having it delivered to our home. Other than that, the flooring was a great match to our existing.

Resposta da Good Floors
Thanks for the kind words. I wish that our distributors allowed us to deliver to your home but unfortunately we are only allowed to ship this product to a business without significant cost added to the order. Refer to this review on your next order for 5% off your entire order.
Great Service and a Personal Touch
We had a rather unique ordering and shipping situation with our latest order and Jeffrey was able to accommodate our needs, and provide great service. I would recommend this vendor to anyone with flooring needs requiring items in their line card...

Helpful Customer Service
After calling a few other online flooring companies I was starting to get annoyed because they all said they would call me back with a price. Hours later and still no callback. So, I decided to checkout Floor City and found that they not only had the product in needed in stock they had a local warehouse they could transfer to near me so I could pick it up within 2 days. So, I went ahead and ordered. A couple of the other companies like efloors and qualityflooring4less finally called back but they said it would be a week or two...plus they wanted me to pay more for shipping. Thanks FC! You guys were a real life saver. I'll be sure to use you again on my next flooring project.
