Thousands of miles away one has to count the delivery will work and on time. It did ! and not knowing hospitals don’t take hamper gifts was very pleased that the get well gift was redirected to my aunts home.

It was great! The person was truly surprised, just like I wanted. The flowers were excellent quality and even I had a minor computer glitch, timely communication with the staff allowed me to send a gift on time! I highly recommend!

Do not order from this company. You receive emails from a Richard Fullham that you cannot reply to. When you try replying it comes up with email cannot be sent message. I made 1 payment for 3 seperate items they offered on their website and I received 2 emails saying 2 items were delivered. 1 of the items was with a neighbour and the other item was never found. The 3rd item I purchased I received an email saying they didn't have the items in stock and I would get a refund. I am still waiting for this refund.

Flora2000 provide beautiful flowers that I enjoy sending to my beautiful wife in the Philippines while we are apart. Yes, I send roses on her birthday, our anniversary, Valentine's day. I send her flowers every month to let her know I love her and I am thinking about her. The value and quality of the flowers and gifts from Flora2000 make it possible.

Delivered on the requested date without problems. Presentation was great and well received

The flowers are nothing like what was advertised. We feel cheated. 60 roses ordered and no comms about alternatives. Gave a very cheap looking arrangement.

I had just remembered the night before a friend's birthday. I thought I would order her some flowers and expected they would arrive a day or two late. (I'm in USA. She is in Brasil). Flora2000 said they would be delivered the next day, on my friend's birthday. And they were! My friend was so happy. She sent me a photo and they were beautiful.

Pessima esperienza. Ho ordinato dal loro sito un numero di piantine di menta glaciale che poi si è rivelato disponibile in quantità minore. Sono stato rimborsato per le piantine pagate in più, ma alla ricezione del pacco il prodotto non corrispondeva comunque alle caratteristiche di quelle scelte da me (trattasi di menta romana o menta piperita, che differisce notevolmente da quella da me opzionata). Per un giorno ho tentato di contattarli telefonicamente senza risultato e quando poi la responsabile vendite a presto in carico la mia rimostranza non è stata accomodante e disponibile a gestire un eventuale rimborso, accampando ragioni poco plausibili date le descrizioni inconfutabili che caratterizzano la tipologia di pianta in questione.
Davvero poco professionali.

Always delightful to work with Flora2000 on international flower deliveries. Timely and good quality.

Easy to order and quickly delivered. However, the bouquet received is absolutly not the one on the photo on the website. 4-5 flowers for 100$ (after fees, delivery, bowl). The price is very high, about 4 times the price you'd pay locally but I accepted that to get the service. At least the bouquet could have been like on the picture. I made a claim and they said the difference is because of a bad angle on the picture. This is a lame excuse. Typical rip-off + fake customer care sending you in a never ending loop.

Very happy with the service, would definitely recommend your company to family and friends.....
