OK, so I have this Casappa Hydraulic pump, where I mucked up the top gasket, which is a special size. I tried emailing the USA Casappa rep and got no response in weeks, I emailed and texted the company I bought the farm equipment from, and they ghosted me for two months after spending 8k on this piece of equipment. So, I got fed up and went to the internet, as the downtime on this equipment was killing me. Found Flowfit, emailed them my pump number, on a Sunday, they email me back the following morning, I placed the order and received the required parts in 3 DAYS, even though it had to cross the pond. Excellent service and experience with this company all around.

Don't use DPD.
Hoses are A1 and fitted no problems but were 2 days late due to DPD sending Robert to deliver them instead of our usual guy Patryk meaning my tractor was out of action for this time.

Sound advice given, answered my email quickly and provided a solution. The products are of good quality (hydraulic handpump) and the custom hose was as specified and well assembled. Will use again and would recommend without hesitation. A refreshing change.

Knowledgeable and patient staff
Knowledgeable and patient staff. Had a couple of discussions with Adam about a problem I was having with a hydraulic motor he dealt with it quickly and was patient with my obvious lack of hydraulic knowledge. He gave me some advice on things to try and subsequently arranged for the delivery of a new motor. Spoke to him at about 3pm received motor at 945am the next morning. that's what I call service. not very common these days.
