Replacement for obsolete size ram
After my husband spoke to someone for advice we found a suitable ram to replace a broken, obsolete one. The staff member was patient and knowledgeable. We ordered online, which was fairly simple and straightforward. Unfortunately the courier let them down as they couldn't locate our proprty however, when I phoned the company at 5pm to ask for help the chap I spoke to (Mike?) was amazing. He spent time locating the item, confirmed it was a courier issue and then made arrangements for me to collect from the courier depot. He went out of his way to make sure we were able to get the ram as soon as possible.
The ram is now fitted and working well, good product at a very reasonable price. We will certainly recommend them.

I was happy with product and timescale however I bought the item on line at night and received 15% disc. The next morning I received the order confirmation and then a following email with an Easter special stating 20% disc however this additional disc wasn’t included in my order. Probably a technicality but was a bit disappointing.

Killed the deal
They don’t appear to stock the couplings I need any more, so I finished up buying the ones they had which didn’t add up to the free shipping. Which killed the deal a little.

Half order arrived and left unread
Ordered some parts and only half the order arrived, also got hit with a large customs fee after having already paid over £20 for delivery. Whenever I reached out about the half order I was completely ignored.
