Package never arrived, no communications from them despite repeated chasing, very rude company I will never shop there again. Got a refund via a dispute with my bank. If you're from Fluxies and considering asking me to remove this review like you've tried with others, don't bother, I won't.

Product is ok. Dont bother paying for next day delivery because they will charge you for it but take 2 days to deliver

Awful company, never arrived and no delivery updates to say my package had been dispatched or delivered. Have reached out three times in the past 2 weeks and still no response. This is meant to be a luxury brand, spent £53 for 3 undies, I thought their customer service would be much better. Do not buy from this company.

The underwear itself is comfortable, works well and so far has lasted a year without any issues!

When I emailed support to find out where a late package was (around Jan 2024, my first order with them), I had a really quick human response (turns out I had ordered some out of stock items and had missed the notification that it was going to take longer that expected). They asked if I wanted the in stock items now and the out of stock later and when I said yes, I received it very quickly.

I am currently on holiday and bought these just in case. This morning my period has started, not very heavy flow and already my pants have leaked through onto my beach towel and lounger. I am beyond embarrassed and mortified and have now had to buy tampons (which I do not get on with) at a cost of $24!
I had looked at other brands before purchasing these as the reviews were very positive. I am very disappointed not only at the performance of the product but how much money I wasted buying them.

The pants are comfortable and I felt secure in them all day. When I first went to order them, there was a discount code being offered by the website that wouldn't work for me, so I reached out to customer services and they were very helpful. Once I'd created an account, they generated an identical code for me to use and I was able to get a couple of pairs for a great price.

Really pleased with the quality of the product and the company in general. I would order from here again, and would definitely recommend.

Communication is horrendous. 10 days after order was placed I had to contact them finding out where my order was. Didn’t hear back until the day a package magically appeared at the door. Said package only contained half of my order. I’ve still to hear back about the rest of my order/a refund. Avoid at all costs

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I purchased two Classic Bikini and one Classic Boyshort a while ago but never got around to leaving a review. From the start, the absorbency has been very disappointing. If I wear them without a cup or tampon, I always end up with leaks and a bloody mess. The only reason I’ve kept them is for sleeping while using a cup and as spares when my "good" pants are in the wash. I never risk wearing them outside because they’re just extremely unreliable. I’ve had much better experience with cheaper alternatives. This morning, I made the mistake of trying them again without a cup and two hours later, the white chair I was sitting on was stained, hence this frustrated review. I will be getting rid of these pants when I can safely dispose of them.

My daughter loves these, they are comfortable and work and means she is doesn’t have to worry through the school day. The only reason I didn’t put 5 stars is because the aren’t cheap and I can’t understand why these can’t be made more cost effective so that more people can use them.

Dont order from this company. You order items in stock and then it doesnt get dispatched as per their guidance on their website and no one in customer services ever responds. AVOID - there are far better and superior brands out there; who value their customers and meet their guidelines as stated to customers!

Easy and quick to place the order. Fluxies updated me about delivery times, it arrived on time. The pants are stretchy and comfortable, easy to wash and wear again. Would definitely recommend.

After paying for my items I realised I had forgotten to add money off code. I emailed and next day received a reply with refund. Also two orders were combined and received next day.

Sustainable, comfy products and great customer service (really helpful).

I bought these for my 14 year old daughter and she loves them! She told her friends and they also use them. We have since ordered a few more times and have pre-ordered the swim bikini style.

Best on the market. Other panties from other companies I've tried - you wash them and they still STINK, and can be smelled while wearing also. Fluxies are an amazing brand however, machine washable come out perfect smelling, hold their shape, no leaks etc. Although they are expensive, they will last you probably for 5 years or more no doubt about it! Think of all the savings for tampons and pads and things! Really greatful. I will be a fluxies-er for life now!

Bought two seamless thongs to try and loved them so much I immediately bought another three! Fit really nicely (they feel tight at first but the material stretched almost immediately so as to fit my hips without any unsightly bumps), haven't had a leak, don't feel bulky or uncomfortably wide between the legs as some other period pants can. I have also bought some larger knickers for heavier days/nightwear and am reall happy with all of them.

I also emailed Fluxies when my intial order did not arrive and they responded within 24 hours to let me know I had selected a pre-order (I hadn't noticed in my basket) and asked if I wanted to recieve the underwear which was available now and the pre-order underwear when it was available. I did, and so this arrived within the next couple of days. Excellent customer service.

Got two of the swimwear bikinis as a gift from one of my friends when we were going on a trip to France and they were wonderful, I used them both times we went to the beach. They were very comfortable, had no leaks and you cant even see the pad. I've just ordered two of the classic boyshorts & I can't wait for them to come!

These pants are so comfortable and light. Really great, I’ve ordered more.

Amazing to be honest thought they would just be same old thick nickers but they actually completely stop any leaks and look stylish, I totally forgot I was wearing them. 5 stars from me !!

Order placed on the 30th May 2024 and it has never arrived. There has been no communication given from fluxies to advise further on expected delays or stock issues. I have emailed customer service twice within the last 2 weeks and have heard nothing back from them at all. I'm not sure if this company is going bust but either way they should communicate this and refund all of the devoted customers that chose there business amongst many others in an extremely competitive economy, where many people are barely able to feed them selves or keep a roof over there heads let alone buy luxurys such as this. Its nothing less than disgraceful on the company's half.

I would not recommend this company and I hope other people don't fall into the same trap as I and many others have who have written in this review thread reporting the same issue.

I will be starting the process this week of contacting my bank to dispute the payment and report this company.

EDIT - In response to fluxies reply below; I can confirm that I definitely did not recieve any communication from them (including my spam folder) after emailing them twice for order updates.

However, since I placed this review they are now in touch with me privately and have advised that they are processing a refund.
