Hi to all Please please please don't fly with this Airline they all are Scammers bought 2 tickets and tried to check in but its not letting me check in, their what's app number is not working too so I have to call Saudi Arab and spoke to Jode who dont have a clue what I am talking about which cost me arms and legs and their customer service is absolutely disgusting trust me you don't want to speak to them.

Yesterday’s i had a very disappointing experience on my Flynas flight XY791 from Madina to Dubai 03:20pm to 07:05.
I requested water from one of the air hostesses, who passed the message to another crew member in front of me. That crew member replied that it was chargeable, and I clearly said I was fine to pay for it. Despite that, no one brought me the water even after waiting for around 45 minutes.
I had to finally complain to a male cabin crew member, who provided the water — only after I mentioned that I needed it to take my medicine. The two female crew members involved (names mentioned as Ragha and Khloud, as informed by another staff) showed a complete lack of professionalism, empathy, and basic courtesy.
As a doctor myself, I was deeply concerned — if this is the response to a simple request like water, what if a passenger faces a medical emergency mid-flight? Such negligence could have serious consequences.
For an airline representing such a respected route, this kind of behavior is unacceptable and extremely disappointing. I truly hope Flynas management takes immediate action and ensures proper training for their staff to prioritize passenger care and basic humanity.

One of the worst flight I have ever booked.
I have booked 2 flight tickets from Riyadh saudi arabia to Hyderabad India for my parents whose age is almost 70 years.
I have booked and paid for flight priority checking and Wheel chair access till cabin but got very disappointed by there service and when the flight land nobody was there for wheelchair services.
Also I have booked 30kgs checkin luggage and at the checkin they didn’t allow 2 bags as it was mentioned 30kg x 1. But how can you load 30kgs in 1 bag which is impossible. I paid extra 10k rupees for 1 more bag which was only 20kgs. When i was trying to add extra luggage from website it was not showing. Very bad service im never gonna book flynas in my life for sure.

I am writing to formally complain about a serious issue I experienced with my flight booking and the lack of support provided by your staff.
I booked my flight online for 7/1/2026, and I have clear proof from the booking website confirming this date. However, when I arrived at the airport, I was informed that my ticket was booked for 6/1/2026, which is incorrect.
Despite presenting valid proof of my online booking showing the correct date (7/1/2026), the airport staff refused to acknowledge the error or assist me in resolving the issue. They remained firm on their position without offering any solution or escalation.
As a result of this mistake:
I was treated as if I had missed my flight
I was forced to purchase a new ticket at my own expense
I arrived late at my destination
I faced a serious crisis at my workplace due to the delay
Additionally, the customer service at the airport was unhelpful. I was repeatedly told to call a customer service number, and I spent the entire day trying to reach someone for assistance. Unfortunately, no one helped resolve the issue, either at the airport or via customer support.
I later filed an official complaint requesting a refund for the additional ticket and compensation, as the issue was clearly caused by a system or booking error. However, my request was refused without a fair investigation, despite the evidence I provided.

You call the support team phone, and doesn't matter what number you key in, it will loop into an advertisement without connecting you to a real person. AVOID!

De geplande vertrektijd van 9:20 uur is reeds verstreken en het is nu 12:00 uur, waarbij de passagiers nog steeds wachten. I can't believe this company. I booked a ticket for my wife who came to visit me in Saudi Arabia while I was working over the new year. Something happened and she could not get a visa in time but she needed the flights in order to get the Visa. Their site states that you can change the flight however when trying to change the flight it is now telling me that I can't and they do accept change in airport... What is this? I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received. My flight from Jeddah to Brussels on November 26th was cancelled due to the national strike, which I understand. However, the response from the airline was completely unacceptable. I was not provided with a refund or a rebooking option. Despite multiple calls and emails, the customer service team was unhelpful, and one representative was particularly rude. This lack of support and professionalism is truly disappointing.

I haven't had any issues. The booking was smooth and so was the trip. The seats were of good quality compared to the price of the domestic flights that I took.

I had a connection in Riyadh to Dubai on December 21. Flynas officers kept us for 40 minutes, for no reason, in AlMadinah airport before the boarding. Then when we reached Riyadh, about 2:30 am, they kept us in a bus for 30 minutes, for no reason, before driving us to terminal 1. Then we missed the plane to Dubai. All of the passengers knew that flynas made us missed that plane for a purpose!!!
No one from flynas staff came to tell us why this happened! Or what they were going to fix it!! ignoring us completely!!
Instead of offering us a flight, they waited to find some empty seats in whichever flight to Dubai to offer them to some of us. I eventually found a seat at 12:30 pm!!
Some said flynas does always this cheating which is not good at all for the reputation of king Khalid airport!!
So please take an action to stop this irresponsible and chaos of flynas!!!
Extremely Poor Customer Service and Unfair Handling by Flynas
Unfortunately, my experience with Flynas was one of the worst travel experiences I have ever had, and I will never fly with them again.
My flight from Dammam to Jeddah on 21 / … at 9:30 AM was cancelled by the airline. As a result, I was forced to rebook another flight at 1:55 AM, arriving in Jeddah at 4:20 AM instead of the originally scheduled 12:35 PM arrival.
This cancellation caused significant inconvenience and financial loss, including:
• Having to check into the hotel very early and pay for an extra night.
• Cancelling my original train booking and purchasing a new ticket due to the change in arrival time.
• A complete disruption to my travel plans, which were all based on the original flight schedule.
What made the situation even worse was the extremely poor customer service. When I contacted Flynas via WhatsApp, the customer service agent ended the conversation abruptly while I was explaining the issue and provided no real assistance. Emails were ignored, and it took four phone calls before someone finally answered.
Despite the cancellation being entirely Flynas’ responsibility, I was told that I was at fault and was asked to pay fees to change my return flight, which is completely unreasonable.
A professional airline should take responsibility for its own cancellations and support its passengers properly. Instead, I experienced unhelpful staff, long response times, and a lack of accountability.

One of the worst airlines to fly with.
This was the first and the last time I ever travel with them.
They randomly you seat you anywhere next to strangers and sometimes it can be between two men which is very uncomfortable.
Even upon requesting from their agents to seat us together as a family, they ignore and seat you miles apart from your family.
Raised it as a complaint but the staff are not interested.
I am surprised they are still operating.

This is by far the worst airline customer service and refund handling I have ever experienced.
I have been waiting for a refund since September, and we are now in December, with no refund received.
Here is what actually happened:
• Flynas processed the refund using incorrect beneficiary details.
• Because of this mistake, my bank (ila Bank) rejected the transfer.
• The money was returned back to flynas’ bank account.
• Despite this, flynas keeps claiming that the refund was “settled” and keeps repeating the same reference number, while ignoring the fact that the transfer failed and was reversed.
I have:
• Followed up more than 10 times
• Provided IBAN letter, bank statements, and payment advice
• Filled the official refund form at the airport
• Explained the issue repeatedly in emails and live chat
What do I get in return?
• Requests for documents I already sent
• Tickets being closed without any resolution
• Copy-paste responses saying “the case is closed”
• Zero accountability for their own mistake
The most frustrating part is not the delay — it’s the complete refusal to acknowledge the root cause of the issue and the habit of closing cases without fixing anything.
This is not how a professional airline should operate.
If you value your time, money, and sanity — think twice before booking with flynas.
