Rude flight attendant Riyadh to Calicut on…
Took a flight from Riyadh to Calicut on 13th Dec night(Trip 327)...highly disappointed with a male flight attendant ( don't know his name)as his behaviour was very rude and unacceptable...despite carrying a cabin bag as per the mentioned dimensions, I was asked to keep the not so small bag under the front seat saying there was no sufficient space in the overhead compartment, which I believe is somthing I had paid for...they even reserved a space for a passenger who was yet to board...when asked the reason, instead of politely telling me, he threatened me to offload my bag in a very rude manner...it significantly compromised my leg room and made the whole journey uncomfortable...also to mention, there were many passengers aboard who didnot adhere to the rules of cabin baggage dimensions...and yes, my window seat was occupied by another passenger, which I simply ignored... Altogether iam unhappy with my experience...hope Flynas take necessary action and train their crew members to deal with passengers in a more professional manner...

I only want to say thanks to 2 angles named Mr.ali flight manager and miss fatima hostess (riyadh to Islamabad).they helped me during flight when I got panic attack, later dr irum told me the details how they kept me calm with deep kindness and pure care. I really appreciate their compassion,attetivness and skills. Maa shaa Allah trough out mr Ali and miss Fatime was with me and makes me feel comfortable. May Allah provide them with all happiness and rewards them immensely.

I recently flew with FlyNas
I recently flew with FlyNas, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The flight attendants behaved in a very arrogant manner and treated economy class passengers as if we were insignificant. Their attitude felt dismissive and disrespectful, which made the whole flight uncomfortable.
I expected basic courtesy and professionalism, regardless of ticket class, but sadly that was not the case. I hope FlyNas takes this seriously and improves the behavior and training of their cabin crew.

We are deeply disappointed with how our family trip from Riyadh to Georgia via Flynas turned out. We were a family of five, including three young children, excited for our vacation — but we were stopped at the airport because one child’s passport photo was from when he was younger.
It’s natural for children’s faces to change as they grow — expecting parents to renew passports every year is unreasonable. All our documents were valid, and Saudi Arabia already holds his biometric data, confirming his identity beyond doubt.
One of the Flynas managers even contacted Georgian immigration and asked us to wait. We patiently waited for almost four hours, only to be told that Georgia rejected our request without any written explanation or compassion. The Flynas staff were uncooperative and offered no real assistance or solution.
We lost all our bookings, money, and precious time — and most painfully, our kids were left heartbroken. This was not our fault, yet we were treated unfairly by both the airline and the authorities.
Families deserve better. There must be clearer, kinder policies for children — not rejection and silence.

Worst company. Not recommended, even if they give you a free ticket.
One of the worst services I have ever experienced with Flynas. Their support staff at Karachi Airport are extremely rude and 0% cooperative. They even charged me 300 for just three copies of a single document. There is no full payment refund guarantee, and if you change the ticket time or date, they charge a huge amount. I do not recommend this airline to anyone, especially for those traveling from Karachi Airport.

All of the flights I bought so far were easy in the process, plus the price is kind of consistent. I don’t really understand what people struggled with, the customer service helps too

De eerste ervaring was door vertraging op de eerste dag, zoals niemand ons vertelde vanwege de vertraging, en toen werd de vlucht geannuleerd. Ja, ze compenseerden ons voor het annuleren van het slapen in het hotel tot de tweede dag, omdat we gepland waren om met een alternatief vliegtuig te verhuizen. Op deze dag was het vliegtuig 5 uur vertraagd om op te stijgen zonder dat iemand ons de reden vertelde. Ik probeerde het bedrijf te bellen, maar ik vond geen antwoord!!! Op de luchthaven, waar mijn bestemming was, verloor ik twee koffers, en bij het melden was de behandeling erg slecht. Ik dank God dat ze de tassen hebben gevonden, maar nadat het te laat was omdat ik ze ontving toen ik terugkwam, kostte de reis me veel en ik vond niemand om aan mijn verlies te twijfelen, een heel slecht bedrijf
Flynas Tricked Me into Booking with False Stopover Visa Promise – Beware of Their Deceptive System!
Avoid Flynas at all costs! I had a terrible experience booking a flight from Mumbai (BOM) to Istanbul (IST) with a planned 1-day stopover in Riyadh (RUH) on Dec 25, 2025. Their website explicitly offers a free 96-hour Saudi transit visa for eligible stopovers, and I followed their process to the letter.
During booking, I checked the "Stopover" checkbox, selected Riyadh as the city, chose 4 day, and picked one of their recommended flights (XY 555, 05:25 departure from RUH to IST, listed right on their site). Everything looked seamless – no warnings about ineligibility. I completed the payment believing the visa would be processed automatically, as their FAQ and interface advertise.
But after booking, Flynas emailed me saying they cannot issue the stopover visa because "this flight has one more stop in Saudi Arabia." What? That's their own flight option they presented! Their system allowed me to select it without any alerts, leading me to book under false pretenses. Now my entire itinerary is ruined – I can't to do Umrah or visit Madinah as planned, and I'm facing cancellation hassles elsewhere.
This isn't just poor service; it's misleading advertising and a clear breach of trust. I've demanded a full refund (no fees, as this is their fault), but they're dragging their feet. Under Saudi consumer laws and GACA regulations, they should honor this – but so far, no resolution.
Flynas, fix your booking platform before trapping more customers! If you're considering them for Middle East routes, run to a more reliable airline like Saudia. I'll be escalating to GACA and the Saudi Consumer Protection Authority with screenshots proving their system's flaws.

It was a horrible experience
It was a horrible experience with this flight. I dont recommend this air carrier at all. They dupe you of money. They have an International flight which does not include luggage. How crazy is that! While no one expects this, people book it for the cheap tickets. You have to pay a premium on the luggage because you are checking in at the last minute. These cheap tricks is the reason I will never fly with this horrible air carrier again. The staff at the airport were very very very rude. They know english and refuse to talk to you acting like they dont know the language. One staff said in english i cant understand you in english while speaking in flow. Imagine a person acting like he does not know english at all and then suddenly says this with precise and good sentence. The cabin staff was also very rude. cabin crew was not willing to listen at all. I have never faced worse situation anywhere yet.
The company intentionally commits fraud…
The company intentionally commits fraud and steals money. Upon booking from Doha to Baku I asked them would they issue a stopover visa, according to the the information from official Saudi visa platform and their own website.
They assured me that after payment this option would become available in Manage my booking. Needless to say, that when the tickets were purchased, no option appeared and they told me that they knew nothing about stopover visas.
It was intentional fraud because the only reason I bought a ticket from them was their obligation to issue a stopover visa
Check-in was horrific
I reached terminal 1 of Riyadh airport 3.5 hours in advance thinking I would have enough time to get a meal and catch up on my emails.
But the check-in counter was horribly slow. They literally were taking 20-25 minutes in completing one check.
It took me 1 hour and 25 minutes standing in the queue.
Other than that the flight was neat and clean and comfortable.
