Very Worse Airline I used first time and never ever will give them businesses again to this airline the flight attendants behaviour is so bad very rude .i paid ticket including meal and clearly showing on my ticket but they refused to serve us any food or drink even water . Doesn't even deserve a single star. Terrible experience on this flight from Riyadh to Bombay on 16th February 2025.
After clearing security and getting our boarding passes, our family of five proceeded to the gate. The seating area at the gate was completely full, so due to health concerns, we had to sit just a little away, still within the vicinity.
Unfortunately, we didn’t notice when boarding started and missed the flight. When we approached the airline staff, they simply told us we had missed the flight, canceled our boarding passes, and asked us to rebook another flight—which was 8 hours later.
We were shocked. We had checked in 6 bags, cleared security, and had valid boarding passes—yet no one from the airline staff made any effort to locate us. Our bags were already loaded onto the flight, so clearly, they knew we were present at the airport. But still, no one called out our names or tried to find us. How can an airline overlook 5 passengers, including a child who had been quite active during the 3-hour wait?
We had to book new tickets, go through more hassle, and wait another 8 hours at the airport—with a child. Absolutely the worst airline experience we’ve ever had. Completely unacceptable and extremely disappointing.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received during my recent flight from Saudi Arabia to Islamabad. On [Date..05/04/2025], our flight was scheduled to depart at 9:25 PM, and we arrived at the gate at 9:16 PM. However, the staff at Gate 108 informed us that the gate was closed, despite the aircraft still being present.
Despite our requests, the staff refused to accommodate us and instead advised us to book a new ticket. This lack of cooperation and flexibility was unacceptable, especially considering the short delay. We were shocked by the staff's unprofessional demeanor and lack of empathy.
Furthermore, when we attempted to contact the airline's helpline to request a refund, we were unsuccessful. As a result, we lost our money due to the airline's inflexibility.
I hope that you will investigate this incident and take necessary steps to improve your customer service. Passengers expect a reasonable level of cooperation and understanding, especially in situations where delays are minimal. I would not recommend this airline to anyone based on this experience...

Flight was OK but they should distribute sweets on eid day. On 30th March it's a big day (Eid day) but they didn't share any sweets or candy. Not even water.
Worst airline experience – rude staff, poor support, and made me miss my flight
I had a terrible experience with Flynas that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. I arrived at Istanbul Airport at 12:40 PM for my 14:10 flight to Jeddah—well in advance, as their own policy says passengers must arrive at least 60 minutes before departure.
Despite being on time, I was told to wait for a supervisor at the check-in desk. They made me stand there for over 30 minutes, doing nothing while time ran out. Eventually, they told me I was too late—even though they were the ones who delayed me. I had enough time to check in, but they completely mishandled the situation.
To make things worse, their website was down with a gateway error, so I couldn’t check in online or get my boarding pass in advance. I tried calling them—no one answered. I also reached out through their online chat, which was painfully slow, and their staff were rude, dismissive, and refused to rebook or assist in any way.
This incompetence and poor service forced me to miss my flight and spend money out of pocket on a new ticket. No accountability, no empathy, and no proper support.
Flynas is unreliable, unprofessional, and should be avoided at all costs. I will never fly with them again.

I unhappily writing this feedback about THE WORLD CLASS WORST GROUND HANDLING MANAGER ON DUTY (DAMAGER OF THE AIRLINE)on 26/03/2025 (Wednesday) .I am holding indian passport residing in singapore with local Permanent Resident card. While using the option to travel with visa on arrival facility from medina to dubai after i perform UMRA.Either he has not updated himself the new announcement or he is avoiding since i am holding Indian passport purposely. At the end he denied me from issuing the boarding to travel and i lost my 240 over saudi riyal value ticket. I found EMIRATES airlines well trained staff and told my issue then they helped me to get a new ticket with coasting SAR 770 .so finally i managed to arrived with visa on arrival facility happily.so that particularly arab speaking useless and world worst airport manager on duty must be removed from job as he is not FIT FOR THE POSITION. can consider him as floor cleaner or toilet cleaner job. Great Experience - DOHA - JEDDAH
Flew from Doha -> Jeddah and then return flight Jeddah -> Doha
Checked in online, collected our passes and went to bag drop off which was a smooth process.
Had no issues boarding and had a pleasant experience given the price. We also arrived early which was a bonus and Iftar was provided for us on the plane.
As far as budget airlines go they are up there with service and smoothness and the key thing to remember is that this is a budget airline so you need to be more involved

أتعرض لخسارة رحلتي لله وخسارة ثمن التذكرة و خسارة ثمن التقديم للفيزا الذي خصمتموه ظلما وبهتانا و قلتم لي أن الفيزا قبلت ولكن كتبتم أسفلها لوجود خلل تقني

تواصلت معكم فقلتم الخطأ بالحجز لأنها ثنائي الوجهة وليس ثلاثيا، اذا لماذا قبلتم حجز صديقي الذي نفسه تماما ولماذا خصمتم المال قبل اخباري بذلك

Stealing out of responsibility
My luggage was handed over to the care of FLYNAS but at destination it was damaged: wheels broken off. I reported this immediately and fully documented the issue with the FLYNAS Office at destination. Although it’s an obvious case, it’s still not regulated after now 5 months. Emails are getting ignored or extremely late answered. It seems you are forced to make expensive phone calls, but these calls just contained promises: no action followed. It appears to be a method to discourage people from claiming their rights. I think it’s better to avoid this airline if you don’t want to stand alone in case of unforeseen problems.

Stay far away from them...the worst airlines with horrible customer service. Will charge money for small hand bags. I flew three other airlines to 3 different countries in three days back to back with same backpacks and carry on...no one stopped me or had me pay for them except this airlines. I have carry on plus small medicine bag. Saudi, emirate, nor fly Dubai had any issues.

I had a very frustrating experience with the FLYNAS website. It's undoubtedly one of the worst websites I've encountered. Every time I tried to check something, I was met with a "GETWAY Error, please try again later" message. It’s incredibly annoying, and it seems like the site is constantly down or having technical issues. For a website that should facilitate travel bookings, this kind of unreliability is unacceptable. I hope they can fix these problems soon, but as of now, it’s a very poor experience.

Hello, I was travelling from Cai to DXB with a layover in Riyadh and I was carrying my laptop bag and in it an amount of 5000 USD. Apon reaching home, only 1500 USD was found in the bag which means 3500 USD was stolen from me. as I was puting my bag in the upper compartment. and the customer service told me that it is not his rreponsability plz take care from your things

Flynas: A Masterclass in Incompetence and Disrespect
Oh, where do I even begin with my glorious experience flying with Flynas from Dubai to Riyadh? Let's start with the ticket boarding agents, who were wonderfully professional and reserved — too bad that's where the professionalism stopped. As for the stewards on the DXB-RUH flight? Well, let’s just say they were exceptionally unprofessional and seemed to have missed the memo on basic human decency.
Passengers, both men and women, were struggling to reach the overhead compartments or had to awkwardly fight with their luggage, but guess what? The few male stewards on board just stood there and stared. Yes, stared. Apparently, helping the people paying their salaries was too much to ask. I mean, who needs basic decency or, you know, humanity when you can just be a passive bystander, right?
And let’s talk about the return flight meal. I ordered the so-called "Grill Meat" or as I like to call it, "ROAD KILL." If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to chew on a piece of rubbery, unidentifiable meat that might have been hit by a car, that’s the experience I had.
So, in conclusion, flying with Flynas was so disappointing that I would rather hitchhike my way to my destination next time. I’d get a warmer welcome from the people I’m hitchhiking with than I did from this airline.
If I could find a way to remove that single star and replace it with anything that truly captures my disappointment, I would... unfortunately, there's no option for zero stars.
