Don’t choose this airline guys, I had a bad experience today with flynas. Traveling from Ruh to Ccj. The checking staff are not an human. They don’t know how to behave or help the passengers. Guys better to choose other airlines until these checking staff are still working there.

I had an awful experience with Flynas, and I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this airline. I made a simple mistake when entering my first name during booking. Despite the fact that all other information matched perfectly — same passport number, date of birth, and last name — they refused to correct the name. Their reasoning? They claimed it was a completely different person! This is absurd, as the error was clearly just in the first name.
On top of that, their cancellation policy is misleading. Their terms clearly state that if you cancel, they will retain 25% of the booking amount. However, when I tried to cancel, they took 100% of the money, offering no refund whatsoever. This is completely contradictory to their own policy, which shows a blatant lack of respect for their customers.
Flynas does not respect its own rules and seems to be more focused on keeping your money than providing a fair service. I would never recommend them to anyone based on my experience.

The person who checked my ticket and the weight of my suitcase did send me back to check it in even i had payed to take it with me into the plane as hand bag.
He did not even look at my ticket. He just sent me back. So I have payed for a service which I did not get.

Your crew members are rude and are not friendly at all. They don't smile, are very raw when talking to customers or maybe it was just because I am not a Saudi and they discriminate.
The other thing that really really annoyed me. On my flight out I had a backpack and my hand luggage that I could take both in the cabin. But on my way back they charged me for the luggage saying the backpack that was empty is considered 1 piece of luggage. If this had happened when I on my first flight I could have left the back pack but no you had double standards and you were smart about it. And that felt very dishonest from you tricking customer to pay when they don't have a choice anymore. And I had to pay 200riyals, same price of the one way ticket for a tiny luggage.
Ridiculous baggage policy and appalling customer service.

Which is a standard carry on suitcase at 7 kg
They do not allow personal items (Such as backpack, laptop bag or handbag) Which are standard on almost all other airlines Internationally..
I confirm this with their awful Customer Service via Facebook (As the one on the website crashed after waiting for two hours) is incredibly slow and incompetent
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I’m in central Africa and needed Flynas to give me a transit visa. The website does not offer this function. The only way for me to reach Flynas is by chat. The chatbot is completely useless and sends to somewhere that isn’t relevant. There is no response to the WhatsApp number - both of them!

Bad level of customer facing employees in Riyadh station, today I was flying to Dubai, I came 95 minutes prior to the flight time, I approached the supervisor “Faisal”, he directed me to stay in the queue, the line too me 35 minutes to reach the counter, then I was surprised that the flight got closed, when I re approached the supervisor, his tune of voice and attitude was so RUDE, with shameful level of professionalism, I approached the station Manager their, he refused to state his name or title, and did not even listen to my complaints.
I am so shocked by the quality of Flynas’s front line employees, beside loosing my flight to Dubai (which is my smaller issue), I felt badly directed and unheard when I had an issue.
I hope you will not take this complaint lightly, I will make sure my experience is reflected on social media, and I will cancel/ ban all my 25 team members flights on Flynas period, as I dont think I should support your airline with this quality of service.

I flew Dubai to Riyadh return yesterday. Ticket prices were excellent compared to other airlines. Check in process on the app was easy, staff on the plane were very friendly and well organised. Both planes landed ahead of schedule. Will definitely be using again.

Flights due to this service got cheaper for me.
I didn't even expect that I could travel around the places I needed because of my job and pay almost nothing for this.
As in any other aggregator, there is a possibility to book a hotel room right away which is convenient. The range of available hotels vary from the standard ones to the most exclusive ones, so it caters to the needs of all travellers with various pockets' thickness.
In general, have no single hiccup about this service. They are helpful for me.

I booked a full refundable ticket , and when i cancelled they refunded to something called a credit shell which you can only use through the customer service which they NEVER ANSWER!

Their system does not work. They do not answer phone and for my booking they keep referring to a link which keeps showing following text indefinitely
"You are in the queue, thank you for your patience.."
Flynas thinks it has right to do whatever they want in any situation
1. I paid hot meal I did not received it and I did not get a refund after reclaiming it !!!
2. Flight cancelled and no compensation according to EU law was given
3. Flight delayed and no compensation according to EU law was given
4. No customer support at all (really nothing), you call them they tell you send an e-mail. i found somehow an office in Belgium they tell me contact aviareps and aviareps tell me contact the belgian office. Flynas is nobody and nowhere.
5. Airhelp.com is a website helping you to reclaim airline delay compensation according to EU laws and they said that by experience they do not give any compensation despite the EU law and cannot help for claiming your right with this airline company

Be careful to use your debit card or your master card to purchase a ticket through their website or application.
after I bought my ticket in November 2023, they deducted the amount AGAIN in December 2023.
I contacted them in early January, and they took all the information and informed me the issue would be sloved within 72 Hrs, I called them again on 23 Jan and I needed to repeat the story all over again, they put me on hold for more than 20 Mins and then they disconnect the call ( you need at least 15- 20 mins on answer machine until one of the agents answer your call )
I called them again on Feb 5 to follow up, and again I needed to repeat the story again they left me on hold for 20 mins then disconnected the call.
