ordered a bathroom product from FNX Bathrooms via B&Q with next day delivery. It did not arrive for over 5 days. When it finally turned up, I refused delivery due to the delay.

FNX then fabricated a story claiming the courier had re-delivered the item and that I had signed for it. This was completely false. They requested CCTV footage, which I provided, clearly proving no delivery or signature ever took place.

Despite this evidence, FNX refused to take responsibility and told me to chase the courier myself, stating it was “nothing to do with them”. They also refused to refund nearly £500.

The only reason I got my money back was because I had ordered through B&Q, who stepped in after I raised a complaint and issued the refund themselves. Had I not had CCTV footage or B&Q’s involvement, I would have been £500 out of pocket.

Absolutely appalling customer service, zero accountability, and dishonest behaviour. This is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of purchasing from. Avoid at all costs.

Purchased a boiler kitchen tap and it arrived quickly but after installation the filter provided was faulty and leaked. I contacted FNX and they responded immediately and had their supplier send a replacement which arrived in only a couple of days so I wasn't left waiting to use the boiler too long. Really helpful and great experience with them.

I choose next day delivery on 11th January and it is now the 17th January and I have still not received my item

Had a slight issue fitting a vanity unit but Chloe came to the rescue.
I cannot fault this company at all with there aftersales process.
If you are looking to update your bathroom this company is the one to go too. Very highly recommended

I ordered a shower (bath mixer tap shower set) through B&Q. The box was marked ‘FRAGILE’ but arrived dented, ripped and wet. Then when my plumber tried to install it the hose was too short. Product reviews show other people have had the same issue. Tried to contact them but no response. Absolutely unacceptable and upsetting as people spend hard earned money in good faith and get this in return…

Ordered 2 toilets from this company. The delivery process was smooth. I sent one back as it was too tall for my bathroom which was an easy process thanks to the team. I then ordered a smaller one. A hook was found to be missing after a long gap between the purchase and my workmen noticing, but again the team accommodated very quickly and sent the required part. I am happy with the speed and quality of the service and am happy with my final products

Excellent service , its really nice to deal with a company that does what it says. Ordered a Boiling hot water tap and tank and it was delivered very fast and i was informed all the way.

We received the toilet & we then found there was a part missing, I contacted FNX on their help contact, they replied within the hour, I explained the part was missing & we had checked all the packaging, they said they would have to order the part, we received it today, less than week to sort, fantastic response & help, thank you

So pleased to have found a supplier for an original RAK toilet seat at a great price! Very easy to order and amazing quick delivery. Very happy and I certainly will recommend FMX Bathrooms and if needed order from them again.

Ordered vanity unit via BQ marketplace 5.12.25 on next day delivery..still hadn't received..contacted seller who issued a replacement on next day delivery..its the 18th and I'm still waiting..they won't issue a refund at this stage..13 days I have been waiting..if they cant sort out its delivery with APC...dont touch with a barge pole

I had a bathroom cabinet fitted from this company under a year ago, and it has already developed serious water damage. For a bathroom product, this is completely unacceptable.

I contacted the company for help, but their response was dismissive. They refused to offer a repair, replacement, or any compensation, claiming it was “environmental deterioration.” This is far too soon for a product like this to fail.

Buyer beware: the quality is poor, and customer service is extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this cabinet to anyone.

I have ordered some radiator valves and messed up the delivery address. After contacting the seller, Chloe from FNX Bathrooms got in touch very quickly and resolved my problem. I was over the moon as time was really an issue in my case. It was a pleasure dealing with FNX Bathrooms and I would definitely come back to do the business with them. I fully recommend FX Bathrooms, they are polite, professional and fast.
