Ordered vanity unit via BQ marketplace 5.12.25 on next day delivery..still hadn't received..contacted seller who issued a replacement on next day delivery..its the 18th and I'm still waiting..they won't issue a refund at this stage..13 days I have been waiting..if they cant sort out its delivery with APC...dont touch with a barge pole

I had a bathroom cabinet fitted from this company under a year ago, and it has already developed serious water damage. For a bathroom product, this is completely unacceptable.

I contacted the company for help, but their response was dismissive. They refused to offer a repair, replacement, or any compensation, claiming it was “environmental deterioration.” This is far too soon for a product like this to fail.

Buyer beware: the quality is poor, and customer service is extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this cabinet to anyone.

I have ordered some radiator valves and messed up the delivery address. After contacting the seller, Chloe from FNX Bathrooms got in touch very quickly and resolved my problem. I was over the moon as time was really an issue in my case. It was a pleasure dealing with FNX Bathrooms and I would definitely come back to do the business with them. I fully recommend FX Bathrooms, they are polite, professional and fast.

Very rapid delivery and great customer service
Due to health problems I did not open the box for 3 months but when I asked about a missing part the email help responded within 10 minutes and I had the part within 48 hrs

Delivered the wrong product, one which had already been opened because somebody left a dirty rag inside the box.

Placed an order for a sink/vanity unit through B&Q marketplace. Have been messed about with missed collection excuses, then only to get "sorry the item has been returned by courier damaged". These chancers are selling items they don't have in stock, You can't call them directly, only messages through B&Q. I wouldn't recommend anyone tries to buy anything from this organisation. B&Q should also bear some responsibility as it is their duty to vet any company wanting to sell on their marketplace platform. Poor all round experience.

Just been to FNX , staff are absolutely fantastic especially Dean and Sam . Nothing was too much trouble and fantastic prices .

Good customer service but bad delivery - Half of my order arrived next day via DX as promised through B&Q which was great, however still waiting for the second half to arrive via EVRI (cistern for the toilet that's been delivered). I gave over a week for delivery before my project HAS to start thinking this would be enough time, however almost a week later still no sign for the sake of saving a few quid shipping the lighter item via EVRI

Ordered corner sink and vanity unit, arrived quickly, very well packed, nice just what we wanted. Unfortunately sink had marks on it which we couldn’t clean off. After couple of e mails and sent pictures, prompt response and substitute dispatched.

Absolutely amazing quality. Really heavy. Fantastic value for money. Would order ftom this company again without a doubt

Had some slight issues with parts of my order arriving damaged, but Chloe went above and beyond to get things sorted so that I could finish a job within the estimated time frame, can’t thank her enough!

Brilliant after-sales service! After a minor issue with a basin tap, I contacted FNX. They responded immediately and quickly arranged a replacement, keeping me updated regularly. Many thanks to Chloe who resolved my query the same day.

Toilet pan sadly arrived damaged but contacted them through b&q and it was resolved super quickly
I understand this isn't fnxs fault and that these things can happen in transport

Delivery company is a totally s...e. Ordered on 15th October, now is 19th and I still don't have my order. Here's is the worst delivery company in this country.

Sadly not a a great experience. Bought a shower from B&Q through these guys. Images showed a completely smooth shower cable but a very ribbed one arrived. I contacted them with photos clearly showing the difference but all I got was argument from them. They even said they could see ribs on the smooth one in the photo, which is genuinely laughable and seems very much like a deliberate lie on their part. They blamed the manufacturer and took no responsibility - not great. An awful customer experience. Avoid.
