Caitlyn in the Cambridge store was absolutely brilliant, taking care of me throughout the process of purchasing my watch. She was happy to order in additional models to the store so I could compare them side by side and make my decision fully informed and with confidence. She was super helpful in all my queries, and offered support without being pushy. Very happy!

Approached by Samuel who asked if he could help after seeing me browse the rings outside. I was worried at first as I was dressed very casual for a bank holiday Monday, and sometimes people (not here) may treat you differently. However, Samuel was attentive, extremely knowledgeable and engaging. He knew my ring size just by looking at my finger and was very thorough in finding a ring I would like (I intend on getting it for myself as a graduation gift). He talked me through different settings, diamond cuts and metals - it was a genuinely wonderful experience. I left feeling very confident and hope to see Samuel again in a few months so we can celebrate properly. A truly wonderful experience and fantastic service⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We visited the Plymouth branch of Fraser Hart and had a wonderful experience with Susan. She was incredibly friendly and made us feel at ease from the moment we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
Susan took the time to really listen to what we wanted, carefully considering our preferences, budget, and any concerns we had. Her approach made the whole process feel relaxed and enjoyable rather than overwhelming.
As a lovely extra touch, she even cleaned my engagement ring while we were in the shop and offered us drinks, which made the visit feel even more special.

I wanted to surprise my wife on her birthday and get her a special watch. Hassan went above and beyond in providing an amazing experience. Not only did we find the perfect watch, but it was displayed in the window with a special birthday card, chocolate and bubbly on the actual day of my wife’s birthday. My wife was so happy with everything and then trying on the watch with bubbly etc was great. Thanks again for this experience and keep up the amazing work! Thanks.

We went to the Glasgow store in the ARGYLL ARCADE. we were warmly greeted by George who made us feel very comfortable and went out of his way to find two identical wedding bands in our different sizes. He was very easy to talk to and we were able to leave with our rings without needing to order and return. Thank you to George!

Susan in the Plymouth store was truly fantastic from start to finish. Gave us plenty of options, listened to our likes and dislikes. Lovely lady with lots of experience and very welcoming. We were returning customers for our Wedding rings after my partner purchased my engagement ring. Definitely recommend. Thank you Susan.

I've been buying watches from the Newbury store now for a good few years. Annu, Fiona and the team are always helpful in allowing me to try watches on and make and informed decision on purchasing.

They have always been extremely accommodating to me if ordering in a piece to see, with no pressure to buy and are a pleasure to deal with. It is also great that the team are passionate about watches and are great to talk to about upcoming releases and other matters.

The personal service that the team provide makes buying from them a pleasure and why the majority of my business goes through them. I'd thoroughly recommend the Newbury store if you are looking for a new watch!

Took my engagement ring into the Fraser Hart store Bernstones in Glasgow where it had been purchased some 40 years ago. Unfortunately, I had managed to lose a small diamond probably as the ring had rarely been off my finger for many years. I left it with the very friendly staff in the store and a matter of a few days later a quote for the repair arrived which was very reasonable. I quickly accepted this quote and in due course after a few weeks was informed the ring was ready for collection. As I live 100 miles from Glasgow I wasn’t sure when I might be able to pick the ring up. However, the very helpful Anne who I spoke to on the phone arranged for it to be sent to me by courier, fully insured etc, and I had the ring back in 2days! Lovely repair job, ring is sparkling like new. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great service all round. Thank you !!
