None of the applications I submitted through Free‑Work ever appeared in my dashboard, which already raises questions about how the platform handles candidate data. Roles advertised on LinkedIn redirect to Free‑Work, but once you apply, it feels like your application disappears into a void. No tracking, no visibility, no confirmation that anyone on the other side is actually reviewing submissions.

It’s disappointing to see job openings promoted externally but not taken seriously once you engage with the platform. As a candidate, you’re left without feedback, without transparency, and without any sense of whether your application was even received. Overall, a frustrating and unproductive experience.

I concur with the previous review. I can tell right away when I click on the APPLY button I am taken to numerous pages asking for more and more personal details after 3 pages still no sign of the actual job application. I got suspicious and searched if this is a scam website and read the review here. I deleted my account immediately.
The info requested was very personal and many options were strictly from a drop down list only and I can tell the site is designed only for USA users and no good for me as a UK user

After seeing their ridiculous and overbearing terms and conditions, I didn't even complete sign up, and they cannot argue that I did as I didn't accept their terms and conditions, however, they have proceeded to spam my email address to death, this is despite my writing to them to tell them to delete all my data, and stop harassing me, as is my legal right under GDPR. I have also clicked the 'Unsubscribe' button in every email that have sent, but they persist in hammering my email address with THREE unwelcome and unsolicited emails in just two days. Take my advice and DO NOT go near this unsavoury mob. You are likely to regret it.
