Awesome customer service
Awesome customer service, I ordered knee pads for a birthday gift and when they didn't arrive and it was discovered they were being held in customs for unknown reasons FreestyleXtreme sent another pair straight away no questions. In the end both pair arrived and they made it simple for me to return the second pair. Will not hesitate to purchase from them again, extremely satisfied.

Many thanks for the feedback.
First of all our dearest apologies for the long wait in getting you the correct helmet. It was in all honesty a very unfortunate mix of errors that ultimately lead to the 2 incorrect helmets being sent to you. Since the listing was uploaded with the wrong imagery and those images being of a "Special edition helmet" instead of the one advertised in the description, it was rather complicated in getting you the one you saw online.
Though I understand this whole scenario took quite long to resolve, I am thrilled that you're now one of the few owners of this special design. Please note that we got our supplier to reach out to the brand in Italy and that the brand manufactured this helmet for you, leading to the long wait.
Understandably this was not at all what you had in mind, when you chose to purchase from us, so again we do appreciate your patience throughout the whole process.
Have a great weekend and rest assured, that if you're willing to give us another chance, that we'd gladly make up for it :)

I found this business to be very…
I found this business to be very customer-focused, and extremely professional and knowledgeable about the different needs of their customers. I live in Australia, and had already placed and paid for my order (Shoei helmet); and I was contacted by the customer service team to let me know that the helmet was compliant under Australian law, they would cancel the order with a full refund if I decided not to go ahead. I was able to easily track my order, and even though I’d paid the extra to have it shipped more quickly, it still arrived 2-3 days earlier than promised. I would happily do business with this company again; and I encourage them to continue with their already excellent standards.
