This milk is diguisting!!! If you try to use it for a latte it turns to glue!!! This is so gross!!!

Can't put 0 star review so minus 5 from me. Say whatever you want freshways your milk is always off before the use by date I asked a friend to pick me up some milk and it was this off rubbish it stank as usual so straight down the toilet again

We bought milk 2 days ago and said ok until13th July. Today is the 8th and the milk has gone off already. Will not buy this ever again.

Went for a bowl of cereal milk date was in date it said 11th July it’s the 6th and it was revolting completely gone off freshways more like moldways I got bamboozled into consuming gone off milk

The milk is constantly going off 2 - 3 days before the best before date, despite being stored correctly.

Freshways.co.uk should consider rebranding; incorporating the word "Fresh" into their name is an insult to my taste buds!

I recently purchased a 2-litre bottle of their Whole Milk from my local Bargain Booze. It wasn't cheap at £1.79, but I was desperate for milk, so I paid the extra price.

A few minutes after arriving home, I opened the milk only to be greeted by a rather unpleasant plastic aroma and taste, rendering the product completely unusable. Concerned that the milk might have been contaminated, I contacted Freshways and received a half-hearted apology with no offer for any resolution.

Their customer service is as disappointing as their milk! They claimed to keep a sample of every batch, which they test in their lab, and insisted that they found nothing wrong. That was the end of their response.

If I owned this company, I would be quite upset that my customers were having such a poor experience. I wouldn't ignore their feedback. At the very least, I would initiate an investigation into what might be going wrong. Simply responding to a complaint by saying they tested a sample and refusing to acknowledge other aspects of the manufacturing or delivery process feels like burying one’s head in the sand.

Shame on you, Freshways, for not caring enough; your customers deserve so much better!

In response to the owner, I sent you a copy of my original email complaint at the beginning of July. You have not replied!

Freshways milk is consistently bad. Never tastes fresh, always has a stale aftertaste and goes off incredibly quickly.
Should be called Sourways with how many I've bought that have gone off.
I completely avoid this product now whenever I see it!

Their semi skimmed milk tastes disgusting, it's like there's some kind of horrible chemical added to it. Undrinkable.

Second time I have bought Freshways milk. Both bottles sour before the use by date. The latest one just one day after opening. This seems to be a common issue. Something dodgy going on, I suspect.

Just opened a brand new bottle date 26th of feb and it stinks, emptied it down the drain and its like cottage cheese, disgusting i dont usually buy milk from corner shops but this stuff is rotten

We have been scammed.. had £420 taken from our account never been to the shop before but they somehow got our card details and robbed us of £420 be careful anyone going in there .. got police involved we live in the south of England..

MILK SOUR BEFORE OPENING
Four days before use-by date, on first opening, overwhelming bad, with an appalling, nauseous, gut wretching smell. Two bottles of 2 litres. Terrible. Company does not respond if you contact them.

Freshways have the best milk, always fresh and tastes great!

Bad- the website does not clearly state if they are using bovine (cancer causing) STAY AWAY

Bought fresh then opened the following day. Certainly not fresh. Will never buy again. You get what you pay for. Doesn't even reach its estimated shelf life. Do farmers a favour and buy decent milk. As one review said, " should be called sourways".

There's a corner shop close to me that sells this brand of milk. However I always go for the small 1 pint because once that top is opened you are on the clock. Doesn't matter if it's refrigerated, this brand of milk always seems to go off way before the expected date. First time I thought it was a one off but after several more similar times it's a waste of money buying the larger options.

It's a shame too because a freshly opened one does taste great and I really like it with my tea. It's just disappointing that keeping it longer than a day just leads to to expiring immediately.

No matter what shop I buy it from, the semi-skimmed milk is always stale on purchase. It should be called STALEWAYS!

WHERE THE HECK IS TRADING STANDARDS NOWADAYS... WITH ANYTHING?!!

All local corner shops around here sell this milk and every single time it goes off before it should do. I have now stopped buying it, the last straw was I went to use it and it already curdled 4 days before it was meant to, and at £2 a time for a 2liter, it is unacceptable!

Whole milk is either watered down or Semi skinned. I make my own latte and have noticed that Freshway Whole Milk can behave like Semi skinned. It’s intermittent which elevates the inconsistency of product
