Futons 247 Opiniões

Our new Skandi futon looks lovely and has been a nice addition to our guest room. It was easy to put together and functions well. It is comfortable to sit on and is a good size. The quality is great too. The only reason we didn't give it 5 stars is because the natural colour looked more oatmeal on the colour chart whereas it's almost white in reality, which is lighter than we would have liked and it does mean that it will show any marks more easily.

Excellent advice from Futons 247 led us to choosing a futon and tatami mats that suit us perfectly. Replacing our bed with the right futon has improved the quality of our sleep and helped with my long term back problem. A great quality product, handmade by a small, friendly company who are great to deal with. I can highly recommend switching to a futon and these are the people to guide you through the process.

The communication and delivery were both excellent. Unfortunately, the cotton mattress caves in when in use and it is so hot, I couldn’t sleep. So it is now unused and occupies my room. Not sure what to do with it. Such a waste.

I was very well advised on the product that most suited my needs. I then ordered the wrong size and they double checked with me and corrected my order !! The mattress arrived and I am very happy with it. If I need anything else futon related this will be my first ( and probably only) stop. I can't recommend them enough.

There was a delay completely out of the control of the seller but they kept me updated at all times. When it did arrive it's exactly as described and good quality

Tatami Mat Purchase Review

I’m genuinely impressed with my Tatami Mat purchase. From the moment I ordered, the communication was on point — clear, timely emails updating me on delivery times, no guessing, no chasing. That alone already set the tone.

When it arrived, the packaging was solid and secure. No dents, no damage, no loose corners — just neat, clean, and protected, exactly how you want something like this to turn up.

The mat itself is high-quality, firm yet comfortable, with that traditional feel that instantly grounds the room. Overall, smooth process, great service, and a product that actually lives up to the expectation. Would definitely recommend.

I really appreciate the friendly, personal service and fantastic quality futons.
Thank you

Phenomenal customer service experience. Some of the items I ordered were delayed for quite a while due to the manufacturer. This delay ultimately meant that by the time I received the order, a manufacturing error meant that I needed to return some of the items. Peter made that process incredibly seamless and was an excellent person to work with throughout the process. Will absolutely order from here again based on this positive experience.

On time delivery. Kept in contact from time of order. Good quality futon.

Totally helpful and responsive
Great product and service

Second purchase, good customer service, and obviously happy with the products!

Excellent communications and delivered exactly when they said.

Very happy with my purchase, wanted hard matress made from natural materials and I got it. Great communication and care. Thanks a lot.

Excellent customer service…

We went for the futon mattress for our guest bed and it’s a fab product! Firm and supportive without being bullet hard, providing a great nights sleep to all our guests who have tried it. Just a shame about the grumpy delivery operative.

I bought a replacement futon mattress, lovely colour and very good quality. Very comfortable to sleep on

We're very pleased with the Cocoloc futon mattress we chose. It is pleasantly firm and comfortable.
We chose the delivery with 2 person courier who delivered the mattress up to the bedroom up narrow and twisty stairs + took the old mattress downstairs.
Peter from Futon 247 responded promptly to our queries.

Great quality Futon, soft but nice and firm, arrived as expected, was kept in the loop as to how long it would take, and I was contacted near the day so I made sure I was in to receive it.
