The figures I purchase from Gamersheek are well packaged.

Using them it is possible to get figures faster than other UK suppliers at a fair price.

When I have had issues they have resolved them for me. They can take a fee days to come back but as they are a smaller company this was what I expected.

i do have to say not 5 stars because recently I have noticed on both my Elaina Nendoroid and Komi Nendoroid that there has been a discrepancy in the leg height, one is shorter than the other.

I can fix this by pulling the shorter one out and not heavily resting the figure on the legs so it looks fine. HOWEVER, this is not Gamerhseeks fault and is just a manufacturing defect from goodsmile.

So I will give 4 stars just because of the problems I faced, otherwise everything else is a good as always :))

Pre-ordered a Figma last year. Enquired about status of the order and the company responded quickly, helpfully and politely. Price went up in the interim but they honoured the original price. Excellent communication and service all around!

Very good company, never had any issues. I usually order nendoroids from gamersheek. Delivery is always on time. The delivery box was damaged but the contents inside the box weren’t as it was wrapped in bubble wrap. Definitely still order again!

I read the reviews and decided to order, arrived within 48 hours! Honestly so happy with it and is definitely going to be my new place to shop!☺️

There was one figure I wanted to pre order (which was the Reiner Braun Nendoroid in case you were interested), and after looking through the Goodsmile partner shop list for the UK, Gamersheek had it the cheapest. It got delayed from its initial planned release date, and I wasn't informed by an email about it. When it did come in stock, I got an email with a link to some outsourced payment system to pay for the figure. It was shipped straight away. Seems like a reliable enough firm.

Love this company. There's a huge amount of items to choose from, and they're based in the UK. Great customer service.

seem like an honest guy. i asked about an order that was running late and coincidentally it was dispatched at that time.
got the item i ordered with no problems and a reply telling me the situation behind the delay.
has been a reliable service, thus far. had a few items from them with no problems
