unfortunately there was a delay with my order but the support were very responsive and informative about it when i contacted them about it for updates and it arrived perfectly when it was shipped! super happy with it and will definitely think about returning in the future

They often ship to estimates, with packages arriving on time.
All issues I’ve had with delivery and orders have been quickly fixed after getting in touch with their customer support team.

I ordered a Sebastian nendoriod from here as i have ordered from them before and it was great! Amazing service! but the problem i faced this time was only a little annoying, I order the figure to arrive by royal mail 48h but when i went to track i found out that it was coming by dpd instead...im not one to complain but im a very impatient and finding out that it wasnt coming until later annoyed me but thats a me problem lol

Professional, Efficient and Local
Made my first purchase with the company since I discovered their store in Glasgow.
The figure was delayed by a couple of months total, but the website would update quickly whenever it got pushed on and the site's suppprt, despite being ran by 1 person, managed to get back to me with updates on the delays whenever I asked.
The figure was dispatched and arrived quickly!
It's great to have a source of Japanese figures in Scotland! No more worrying about customs charges.
