Beware… Not All Leasing Brokers Are The Same
Came to Gateway2Lease after a dreadful experience with Select Car Leasing. You have been warned!
Leasing my vehicle from G2L wasn’t without issues but these were entirely down to Polestar’s inability to update/communicate information from their end. Thankfully G2L were able to resolve these issues, principally down to the efforts of Lewis M and Matt B. Thanks guys, customer service par excellence!

Gateway2Lease made the whole process very easy. Information about the progress about the order was frequently updated and all of the staff concerned were extremely professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

From start to finish the process of leasing my car was made very easy by Gateway2Leasing. I had never done this before so was very nervous. First time leasing a car and it has been a flawless experience. Libby and Olivia were very supportive and helpful as I narrowed down my vehicle choice and availability and once all admin was completed Hana picked up with me tracking the vehicle order through to delivery.
Buying anything online can be challenging if things go wrong so leasing a car through a website, it was a little bit daunting but the ladies who I had the pleasure of dealing with deserve recognition.
I chose Gateway2Lease as the lease cost was marginally better than other companies and so aside the excellent service, the cheaper leasing cost was not at the expense of customer service from my experience. Suffice to say when the time comes around I'll be happy to be a returning customer. Thanks for all who make this whole leasing process work smoothly.

Dreadful customer service
I used this company last year to lease my car. I was sent an email with details on referring someone else to the company and we would receive vouchers of some sort. A year later I referred my husband who ordered his vehicle also through this company. They didn’t honour the referral as he had “4 days earlier” carried out a search online for deals which in turn put him in contact with this company. Dreadful customer service. Oh well, they’ve just lost 2 future customers not including our various family and friends who were due to renew their vehicles too.

While we truly value you and your partners custom, it’s important to note that the correct process wasn’t followed in this instance.
The referral scheme has clear guidelines to ensure it remains manageable and fair to all. Without consistent rules in place, any customer could potentially claim a referral retrospectively, which would make the scheme difficult to administer effectively. This is something we feel strongly about to maintain fairness across the board.
Honouring the vouchers in this situation wouldn’t be fair to other customers who didn’t qualify but accepted the outcome based on the same criteria.
I’m sorry to hear that this experience has left you feeling so disappointed, but I do appreciate you taking the time to share your views.

Good service and an excellent deal.
This was the first time I had used gateway2lease. The team explained the process and answer all my questions. I was kept informed of the progress at each stage.
The deal was excellent.
The car was delivered on the agreed date. The delivery driver telephoned me with the delivery time. Also checked the car with me and explained the controls.
At no time during the whole process did I feel presured or rushed.

After them telling me I had car then I didn’t have then I had it again - absolute nightmare! Now they’ve stolen £300 of my money. Don’t deal with these absolute cowboys. Just go direct to Arval for used car leases - these guys just charge you a premium on top!

Found the best deal for the car I wanted through Gateway2Lease. The communication has been great right from the start up to delivery. Sam was great at keeping me updated on delivery dates and helping to speed up communication with the dealer. Would 100% recommend!
