My experience with G2L has been absolutely wonderful. Everybody has been very efficient and friendly in all communication. Everything has been explained clearly and professionally. And most importantly, they were able to secure my vehicle at a really competitive price.

Confusion, incompetency and frustration.
Made a payment on the 9th of April to commence the order of a new Polestar. Was advised the overall process would take between 2-3 weeks as the vehicle was in stock.
Gateway2Lease sent my order with another person's order in the same to Polestar which resulted in my order being given the wrong personal, contact and delivery details. I was told it was just Polestar's fault for being so busy with orders, but when I checked with Polestar, they confirmed details were wrong. That took a further 2 weeks to be resolved by Gateway2Lease. Finally, when I was issued with the financing documents, I made the £6,000 payment and signed all documents, only to be then told I had to go back as there was a dispute with directorship details.
Each step of this process has been met with confusion, incompetency and a lack of real effort to help with any of my questions. I wish I had a time machine to avoid this business and would recommend doing so too. I started this process with a view to bringing onboard the rest of my businesses fleet with the same organisation but will be looking elsewhere now.
As a side point, I was able to see the other person's order and his email + personal address, which I'm quite sure is a breach of GDPR...

Claire and Ruth were both great in helping me with the whole process of getting the car. The only reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 is that Suzuki took 7 months to actually provide the car which put me in a situations where I had no car for 4 months.

I wanted to order a Polestar 4. A bunch of brokers struggled to assist me with my requirements - G2L navigated the options despite confusing information from Polestar. The process was efficient and pricing was good. There was always a point of contact and swift responses.

This was the third time I’ve used Gateway2Lease, which in itself is a good indication of the level of service given. From the initial enquiry in January to delivery in March, the process was seamless with timely progress updates. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and friendly, with no pressure applied to close a deal. Consistently good customer service.
