So the development apparently spent more than twice as much on those two management categories as it spent maintaining the grounds!

They are property management company for our development and their overall service is applauding.
Re the latest issue they appear to have no Corporate governance in place. They simply ignore emails this matter has been ongoing since April and it is now two weeks since a request was submitted to escalate to a formal complaint and that hasn't even been acknowledged. All this at a time they are happy to regularly increase their fees by double digit percentages!!

Dean is a credit to Gateway he is so reliable efficient and has helped me through 2 difficult claims, I wish Gateway had more staff like him! Thanks Dean
