Gateway - Everything Property Opiniões 

This company took over the management of our site from PBM since 1 Apr of this year. I paid PBM the service charge for the year to 31 Jul 2026 £852.38in advance. Gateway invoiced me for 1 Aug 2026 to 31 Jul 2027 of £648.49. They also invoiced a part for 1 Apr to 31 Jul of £216.76. I took 4/12 of £852.38 = £284.12 duplicate charge and reduced their charge of £648.49 by the net overpayment of £67.36 and paid £581.13. They say I still owe £284.12. PBM told me they should make the repayment.
Perhaps someone with authority will sort this. Also there is the issue of overhanging tree branches which is their responsibility - I have already provided them pictures which they asked.

A lady called Sabrina (apologies if I spelt your name incorrectly) and we discussed the service charge. She insisted while she can see my point that Gateway are correct. Towards the end either we got cutoff or she cut me off. To recap I told her another resident paid PBM like me for the whole year. She also Gateway their interim inv. plus their full years service charge. £852.38+ 216.76 + 648.49 = 1717.63.After various phone calls etc you refunded the 216.76 leaving net £1500.87. I paid as you know 852.38 + 581.13=1433.51 diff 67.36. and she was told she is uptodate and owes nothing. I am told I owe 284.12 plus 216.76. Surely that can't be right. At best I owe £67.36 which I'm reluctantly agree to pay if that means we can close this matter and not me getting Bellway involved which is what the other resident did to get her refund.
As for the hedge trimming its being sorted and thanks for that.

Paige was very helpful and immediately waved the extra late payment charge that I had incurred due to accidentally pressing the wrong amount.
I immediately sent the balance and Paige confirmed it would be ok.
