Your surveyor was proactive in contacting me prior to their site visit and afterwards. They asked me what I would like them to look at and conducted themselves with integrity and professionalism. The written report arrived two days after site visit. It was comprehensive and clearly written and structured. I am grateful for the service received.

I recommend Gateway Surveyors
This is the second time I have used Gateway Surveyors and as before they are a very sound company to deal with. Paul Summerfield provided a very thorough report on the property I was proposing to buy. He was very reassuring about the solutions to the various issues and I value his experience.

Amazing Service, would recommend!

Excellent quality report
I was extremely pleased with the Homebuyers Report produced. It was extremely thorough, of really high quality throughout, and explained everything in easy to understand language. It has been incredibly useful for us to understand what we need to resolve before we exchange contracts. When we move in to our new home, I can already see that it will be an incredibly useful document for us to reference as we make the remedial changes recommended in the report.

Dilys conducted an exceptionally thorough inspection, identifying unexpected issues that we hadn't anticipated. The investment was well justified. She promptly arranged our survey and delivered the detailed report just 48 hours after her visit to the property.
