I've seen unauthorized charged twice from cartoonmagicbox which I did not subscribed to (I don't even know what that is, but multiple Gcash users also experienced this) tried to reach out to customer support but was only told that they are not accountable for it but they should be accountable for it since they hold customer's finances but is not secure at all.

I sent my Filipina friend $150 usd via Paypal.....and she transferred it to Gcash and the money VANISHED!!!!!!!!!
And she spent the next two weeks calling and emailing them and we never did get our money back!!!! My God what a bunch of THIEVES!!!!!! I suspect the employees at Gcash have figured out ways to steal people's money and not much can be done about it. I told her to NEVER use Gcash again and to tell everybody what happened. Gcash should be put out of business. Bunch of rotten scumbag THIEVES!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely pathetic, can't sign up I uk as it won't accept the last digit of my phone number. Also the help centre does not recognise words like telephone number

This is the slowest customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I made a cash-in transaction worth 10,000 pesos on December 18, 2024, but I received a message on my GCash app saying that the cash-in did not push through, even though the amount was successfully deducted from my bank account. I provided proof of payment, but as of now, January 25, 2025, there is still no resolution.

They keep asking me if I still need assistance with my concern, even though they know it hasn’t been resolved yet.

G cash is a scam... You put cash in and never get verified.. Only thing you can buy is a load for your phone... If you have cash to put in... You have cash to buy load... Everything about them is misleading... You open the app. And hit with adds pushing things on you... They offer nothing....

Sending money in easy way

Dopo aver effettuato 3 transazioni non andate a buon fine mi hanno comunque addebitato le spese... peccato che su 3 transazioni mi hanno rimborsato soltanto 2 transazioni...la terza? Boh è più di un mese che apro ticket che chiudono loro in automatico. Ricevo messaggi automatici dove mi aggiornano che stanno lavorando... servizio pessimo, vergognoso. Assolutamente da sconsigliare perché spesso succede! UTILIZZATE ALTRE PIATTAFORME!

I cannot imagine the bad practices of GCash Loan. For me, it is a very expensive mistake. If you borrow 50k, you'll get only 48,500 because of the charge. Even if you pay off the loan before the due date of the first payment, they still charge you 9k interest for the year. Yuck! What kind of stupidity is that? I have no idea why the government allows this evil practice."
Thinking of filing a conplaint in BSP, these needs to stop. This is just my experience for the awareness of everyone. NEVER AGAIN. IF I CAN GIVE NEGATIVE REVIEWS, I WILL!

They took money from me!!!!

This is yet another scam and massive financial fraud in the history of Philippine financial facility. With lots of bad comments here, it’s puzzling why the government has yet to shut down this massive scam.

I hate to think that they even cater gambling practices in the country, giving it more chance for Pinoys to go bankrupt and lose their monies. With this platform that’s accessible to minors too, this app is not only exploiting its users but also draining Pinoys by allowing casinos to have direct access to their application.

This is illegal and it’s exploitative! Think again gcash! Have some shame!

This is an absolute scam and a tash of an app. There is no bank account associated with your card. You are being scammed.

Absolute dogshit, cant pay online anymore before i cant even without verification.

First time I was recommended to use Gcash, big mistake. I felt like I was not only robbed but whiplashed. Gcash charges you a fee to send money which is how it normally goes. But then gcash charges the recipient another end fee so they can cash out what you sent them. You get charged two times everytime you send money through gcash. Licensed robbery. I will not use gcash ever again. I will never recommend this business, awful! From everyone I spoke with, apparently this is a common practice, pay to send, pay to retrieve. Double jeopardy.

Literally the worst customer service I've ever encountered in my entire life.

All I've been trying to say to them is that someone has used my email address to send money, and it was not me.

Then they keep replying with totally random things still assuming I have an account, even though I have made it extremely clear on every single message I do not have an account and someone else is using my email address.

I literally cannot explain it any other way, I've had to give up. Letting the scammers win is crazy.

I have an trust fund account at gcash, last Nov. 22, 2024, I sold part of my investment for more than 20,000php. It is said that it would need 8 working days to redeem. Last Nov. 30,2024 i received email from ATRAM support the certificate of confirmation of the sell order and they said I will receive my money on December 3, 2024 but up until now I'm still unpaid. I've let the customer support know about my concerns and yet it's still remain unsolved. They kept on promising at the end of the day or they are already making adjustments and it will not be later today, or it will be not later than December 5, 2024 that is already waaay long after the said time limit of selling that is 8 business days. For them to have a solution they have increased my credit limit... But the money if given on time because i have in dire need of that money, I don't think i would need to get a loan. So pay me back my money... We trusted you with our investment so once we needed that investment we can have it.

This is my reply to GCash Philippines after many attempts to access my GCash account in reply to their email.

"I dont want to give my sensitive personal information, nor be verified by your unreliable, questionable??, platform. ALL I WANT IS MY P1500.00 or so REMAINING IN MY ACCOUNT BACK.

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO LOG IN TO YOUR APP TO ACCESS MY ACCOUNT BUT ALL SORTS OF MESSAGES APPEAR. THE EMAILS THAT I HAVE SENT ON THESE ISSUES ARE NOT REPLIED TO.

FROM WHAT I HAVE EXPERIENCED, I DO NOT WANT TO USE GCASH EVER. I JUST WANT MY REMAINING MONEY BACK.

I am so disappointed with GCASH customer service.
You drop your concern and after 05 days of no response they will later come and respond either with a generic message asking you if you still need help with your concern or they will request for informations that had been provided. Unfortunately, after replying they may take 3-5 days before responding again. THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING AND DISAPPOINTING. (All I needed was to unlink some payments sites from my account)

Because money was not collected within 30 minutes of being sent they say it will take 3 weeks to get it... incredible....and it has happened again in february when they were the only choice to send too
