Horrible company. Even after 6 weeks, no trace of my order. They are blaming DHL and DHL is playing deaf ! German store pretends package is in US with post office despite post office saying they only have label, never received the package. Germandelistore is extremely bad in responding too. Took 3 emails before they even responded! Very bad company.

Extremely slow processing. After 10 days (seriously) i send email, just to find out that they can't deliver certain items. You think they would inform you right away? Nope.
And it takes them 15 days to ship a few items? This is 2020 people.
Guess what. Refund processing is very slow as well.
had to send reminder.
Will never use them again. There are other, better and faster options.

So happy they have moved in our neck of the woods. I get all kinds of products, including fresh yeast, flour, baked breads, German speciality items, and delicious cheesecake.

Several items I ordered have been replaced with something else without asking me. Very disappointing to receive items I've never asked for. Found a much better German website. Customer service is great and they also offer free shipping.
I will never order from GermanDeli again.

Prices are super okay. What I love apart from the food: they pack everything so professional: all the cold stuff was delivered with ice and super safe packed. Love them, also the ready meals are good to take to work and the sausages are out of this world: try the beef sausages, you will die (positive way). Also, the website runs so smoothly, very happy. Ordered a Bahlsen Christmas Stollen - Butter 400g on December 9 2019. Order still not received as of January 24 2020. Kept sending several emails and they kept saying how customs takes a long time - However never 7 weeks. Last email I asked them to cancel my order and refund the money- no response- very unprofessional. I called my credit card company and disputed the charge. ..

Every time I order from German Deli I come away completely happy! Best, most excellent company!! I boo booed again when placing my order on line and they quickly figured it out and delivered both of my orders ahead of the scheduled time! German Deli for all your holiday gifts?!! Absolutely!

The reason for this 1 star rating isn't the product sold here but the EXTREME slow processing of the order. In today's speedy delivery we are used to from Amazon (FREE 2-day shipping) I just find it unacceptable to have to wait 12-15 days until the order is even processed. Add to that the time for delivery and you surely have to wait THREE (3) weeks.
Not acceptable and not appreciated that such slow processing is NOT communicated upon placing the order!

These guys rock! Amazing customer service!! Very friendly!!

Very pleased with my shipped from the German deli store. My items were shipped immediately, professionally packed. The frozen items came frozen because they were packed in a cooler with ice, which I really appreciated.

I ordered a variety of perishable items from GermanDeli.com, having never used the site before. At first I thought that their shipping cost seemed a little high. After receiving the package in only three days (I paid for the cheapest option and it still came in three days!) I can say that this company provides their high quality products with the best customer service I have ever experienced. The shipping package was impressive, with all items inside of a foam cooler, that contained two gel packs that were still completely frozen, as well as dry ice. The package was noticeably cold inside when I opened it. Every item that I ordered was individually wrapped in padded paper. Who does this anymore? I am very impressed.

I got fast customer service, the package came way faster than expected, and the quality of the food is superb!

I would highly recommend this site to order from. It was very easy to navigate through. Affordable and fast shipping.

I needed Back-Obladen,also ordered Hungarian Style Salami and Kamill Face plus Calcium creme. I was
ueberrascht ueber die schnelle delivery. The items were perfectly packed and my husband got his salami to his birthday. Great and fast service.
