Great Experience!
I had a great experience! I wanted to try a powder and custom vitamin solution. Putting together a formula can be as easy or complex as you want to make it. They also have a ton of options. I ended up Canceling my subscription due to my inability to take a powder vitamin formula daily. I’m just bad at getting into a routine. Canceling my subscription was also easy. Customer service was great! I will gladly sign up with them again once I get my act together.

When you expect more from your source of Vitamins and Supplements....
Taking vitamins and supplements daily basis is very personal and affects our well-being. Some ingredients can be a bit tougher to dissolve, because we source based on purity and bio-availability vs dissolvability. We do find that using a shaker bottle or blending into a smoothie can help!

Incredible service!
The ability to get blood work done and see what my current levels are and then customize your vitamin and supplements so that you are doing your best to hit all your goals as an individual without having to guess is pretty cool. The process was easy and the nutritionist I consulted with was awesome. (I paid another provider for the bloodwork and show them results, but two separate services.)

I honestly thought it was a good deal
I honestly thought it was a good deal, but they never really make it clear how much you’re actually paying. I’m pretty sure I ended up paying almost $700. They originally quoted me around $180, which seemed fine for what I wanted, and then they shipped me a 3-month supply, so I was like “okay cool, I’ll try it.”
But the way they word everything is shady as hell—somehow I ended up buying three total because it’s structured like you’re buying one, but you’re basically agreeing to two more without it being obvious.
And then on top of that, it took almost two months to even get to me. I literally forgot about it because it was taking so long. They kept emailing me saying it was “being formulated in their lab” so it would take extra time… when they originally said it would be like two weeks.
Also, as the customer, I don’t even really know what’s in it or if what they claim they’re adding is actually in there like they say.
So I canceled my “subscription” after I got charged for the second 3-month supply, and they basically just told me, “well that’s what you agreed to, we can’t do anything.” And apparently I still have another order I’m supposed to pay for because I “agreed to it” during the first purchase. If you're considering this company, honestly, it's not worth it too much money for something you honestly don't know what you're gonna get results from.

We aim to clearly communicate throughout checkout that our formulas are provided as a 90-day supply, split into three monthly payments (similar to a payment plan). That said, I understand how important clarity is, and I appreciate you calling this out. I’ll be sharing your feedback with our team to explore how we can make this even more apparent.
Regarding shipping timelines, our formulas are fully custom-made and typically take about three weeks to arrive. A two-month delay would be unusual unless there were significant formula revisions or external delays such as customs processing. I’d really like to look into your specific order to better understand what happened.

The process of determining which vitamins are helpful in maintaining a healthy life is strange. One fills out a quiz. No blood tests are requested or necessary. You can consult a dietitian or go to your GP/Healthcare practitioner according to the website. What GP or general healthcare provider knows anything about nutrition? Very few if any. How would they begin to know if you don't have specified blood work? How would the dietician know without the blood work? Also trying to find out if the vitamins and minerals are not chemicals and from natural sources is not available. I think this is a scam.

Our quiz is designed as a starting point, not a medical diagnosis. It helps identify lifestyle factors, dietary patterns, and common nutrient gaps based on well-established nutritional guidelines. While blood testing can be helpful in some cases, it isn’t required for general wellness supplementation, and many people choose to review their results with a GP if they want a more clinical evaluation. We agree that individualized care is important, which is why we also offer complimentary consultations with our Registered Nutrition Consultants.
Regarding ingredient sourcing, we are transparent about the forms and quality of the vitamins and minerals we use. Our formulas contain clinically studied nutrient forms and meet strict safety and quality standards. We do not use artificial fillers or preservatives, and our supplements are manufactured in a certified facility that follows GMP and NSF guidelines. We’re always happy to provide detailed ingredient information upon request.
We understand skepticism in the supplement space and welcome questions! If you’re open to it, our support team would be glad to walk through your concerns in more detail and provide any additional documentation you’d like.
Autofill Reminders? NOPE!
I placed a subscription for a three-month supply of vitamins to support my recovery after spinal surgery. I specifically told them over the phone that I only needed three months and did not want the subscription to continue.
Unfortunately, this instruction was not noted, and another shipment was sent three months later without any notification, resulting in nearly $300 charged PER MONTH for supplements I did not request.
It’s frustrating that the company does not send reminder emails for subscriptions. If I had received one, I could have confirmed that I did not want to continue, avoiding this situation entirely.
After contacting customer service, they refused a refund, which I find unacceptable given that this was an error on their part.
Be careful if you’re signing up for a short-term subscription—they may automatically continue charging you without notice.

I'm sorry for any confusion regarding your subscription and the autorefill of your order. While we do everything we can to make our billing and refill cycle as clear as possible, I understand how these details can be easy to overlook, especially when managing health needs and recovery.
Our understanding was that clarity was provided during our phone call with Brittany when the payment scheduled was reviewed, as well as in the follow up emails which were exchanged. We haven't heard back from you in regards to the resolution email we sent last week however our team is absolutely still here to discuss and work together to find a solution that works for you.
While our products are non-refundable due to their custom nature, we would be more than happy to work with you to reformulate and provide you with a complimentary remake to ensure your formula is in line with your current health goals and recovery. Not a good company IMO
had the same experience as others have mentioned in other reviews. i hadnt received my tracking #after 15 days. then found an email saying my order could not continue until i had a call with Vitamin Lab about my medical history. They state this is a requirement of Health Canada. I told them im not interested in sharing my medical information for vitamins and to cancel and refund me. They then told me they would be charging me a 25% cancelation fee. When i asked what the cancelation fee was for. they fed me the same lies they have told others. They claim the processing has already started. Which is a lie since they haven't had the "medical call'. When i pointed that out they said work starts on the formula. Which is a lie since the formula is auto generated and given to me as soon as i paid. It ended up costing me 20 something dollars, which is a small price to pay to learn what type of people are running this business. And to be clear the required Medical call is not the reason im giving them 1 star. Its the preditory cancelation fee on no services provided, no product provided, and no work completed. A company that needs to claw back $20 rather then build goodwill is a company to avoid. Terrible business service mindset.
UPDATE - My cancellation was also not processed. Was billed again after all this. Sure mistakes happen and they did reimburse me immediately. I wasn't even charged the 20% fee for all the work they claim must have been happening on the order for the 3 weeks that i hadn't noticed they charged me. Like said in the above review, the formula is auto generated at signup, no work is done prior to the call they want for your medical history. The cancellation fee is a claw back on all the customers they lose.

As mentioned, for all Canadian customers, Health Canada requires a brief phone call to occur prior to us being able to provide you with your formula as it is completely custom compounded. This is clearly noted during the checkout process, and an email was sent to you shortly after you purchased with a link to book the call. I do apologize that this email was lost in your inbox and it took us longer to connect. While this call is required to complete production, there is individualized work that begins on each formula as soon as an order is received. Due to the extremely custom nature of our products, we do have a no refund policy, however as courtesy we were able to provide you with a refund minus the 25% late cancellation fee. I am truly sorry that this felt predatory to you - it is always our intention to provide outstanding service, and the overriding of our no refunds policy was the best we could do in this situation. We appreciate your feedback and our team will continue to work on improving to ensure we can succesfully support as many people as possible on their health journies.
