Outstanding service from a company that didn’t have to help….. but did
I recently bought a new house and reached out to Mark at Glasshouse Architecture regarding some issues with the doors. Despite the fact that I didn’t personally have their products installed, Mark went above and beyond, arranging for Damien to come out within 24 hours to take a look.
Damien was second to none. Incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and knew exactly what needed to be done from the moment he arrived. The level of expertise he demonstrated was genuinely impressive.
Mark also followed up personally to make sure everything was sorted and that I was happy with the outcome. The fact that they didn’t need to help me at all, yet still delivered this level of care and attention, speaks volumes about the company.
The customer service, expertise, and quality of product are all incredible. I couldn’t recommend Glasshouse Architecture more highly, a genuine credit to their industry.

We had a significant protect designed, completed superbly, on time and on budget by Mark and his team. The team were clean tidy and cooperative at all times.
We had a huge glasshoythat was complicated by design. Mark executed it is superbly and without a shadow of doubt, made our property. He also changed all of our windows and bi-fold doors on the "garden Room" side of the house, again excellent.
Since completion, Marks service and support has-been excellent.
I can not recommend Mark and his team enough.

I recently purchased a full house worths of aluminium windows and doors.

From the initial enquiry through to ordering, the service was professional and straightforward. Mark, who I think is the the Managing Director, was particularly helpful throughout, always courteous, open, honest and friendly, and easy to deal with. Communication during the sales process was clear and reassuring, and the windows supplied were exactly as specified and of very good quality.

The installation appointments were completed over time to fit around other building work, which I appreciated and demonstrated an understanding and willingness to work with customers. Overall, I’m happy with the finished result and the product provided.

We’re absolutely delighted with our new pergola, it has completely transformed our garden. The design is sleek and modern, and the glass panels make the space feel open and bright while still providing excellent shelter from wind and rain. It’s allowed us to enjoy our garden in all seasons, even on cooler or less predictable days.

The build quality is outstanding, and everything feels solid, well-finished, and built to last. The installation was carried out professionally and efficiently, with great attention to detail. Mark and the team was friendly, tidy, and clearly took pride in their work.

A job well done and would recommend.

Glasshouse Architectures supplied me with an excellent garden extension on my semi detached house and made an amazing conservatory and outdoor space for me! Honestly so happy with the service they provided and the lads who came out was lovely!

Mark and the Team worked with us from start to finish on our Weinor glass room. They arranged a client visit at a previous install where we got to see the actual finished design. The installation team were fantastic and the knowledge / quality of work on the Weinor side was second to none. If you want a glass room in the UK, go for a Weinor, the system is incredible and works like an additional room.

We appointed Mark and his team to provide a wooden orangery having met with a number of other leading suppliers. We preferred the design they put forward and after visiting the workshop where the orangery would be made we had no doubts whatsoever. The kit arrived on time and the Orangery was erected in 8 days. The installation team were excellent. Mark brought a huge amount of knowledge to the process and his colleague Martin managed all of the planning which was seamless. We are delighted with the end product. It looks fantastic, it's without doubt added value to the property and not least, we have a fantastic new room!

Glass House Architecture did all our homes nee windows and doors in sleek aluminium bespoke built in Germany I believe. These included slim frame max glass sliders. Changed the whole house! Very happy overall with all the service.

Fantastic company and really polite service

Glass house designed and manufactured an amazing hardwood orangery. The installation was seamless and only 2 weeks. What I like about them is that it's a small team and you get the boss inspecting everything

Glass House Architecture designed and built a modern Glass pergola that had lovre blades that opens to the sunlight - they call it bi climatic. I recommend the infrared heaters as can use in the winter as well as summer - Glass House are a great team !

Glass House Architecture designed and built me a wonderful modern wintergarden. They got the planning and did a special design to fit into my house and the architecture.

Martin the designer was excellent as were the installers!
