We purchased 2 properties in Cleveland last year we have just completed on our 3rd property in Detroit. At first we were a little skeptical that we would receive the promised returns as in this day and age nothing ever seems to be guaranteed but we needn’t have worried at all!!! The whole team have been so helpful, Barrie has been there throughout the process always answering any questions in a professional manner and John has kept us updated constantly during the purchase process. We are really happy with how our investments are performing and hope expand our portfolio further in the coming months.

Having bought a house in Detroit a number of years ago Mike was the natural choice to do the sale. Unfortunately our circumstances had changed and he was great at keeping us calm and ensuring everything was organised. Both myself and my husband are quite demanding and Mike did a great job of getting us a great price for our property and also enabled us to sell our property within a matter of weeks. Very much appreciated.

We had a lot of ups and downs in buying a property in the U.S. and we had difficulty finding a good agent we trusted and was recommended Global Investments by a management company in Cleveland. The staff at Global did not rush us into buying something that wasn't quite right. They were very patient and helpful.

Myself and my fiancé bought our first buy to let overseas property through Global Investments. Everyone had told us it can be a bit of a nightmare, for us it was anything but!! From our first call with Scott it was an absolute breeze, Scott was fantastic throughout the entire period. He was always on hand for advice and guidance and was with us right up to handover. We could not recommend all of the Global team highly enough and would strongly advise any potential new buyers to find them a property

I regret that this real estate agent still remains unwilling to return the finders fee (or even offer part thereof) iro a specific service that was not concluded. At law, and in this instance, the contract of sale was simply not satisfied. In short, I believe that it is unethical for a real estate agent to withhold client money for a selected property that was no longer unavailable. Why on earth should a client be press-ganged into selecting alternative, more expensive properties ? It is simply unethical and runs contrary to the principle of 'Treating Customers Fairly'.

The company states

'The fee you paid is still on account and can be utilised at any time'.

Consequently, as i dont have USD60,000+ in my back pocket to buy US social housing in these difficult economic times, i would again request that the company returns my monies in order to finally conclude this matter on an amical basis.

We had been looking to make an investment in the USA for a while but the right opportunity had not come along. We first discovered Global Investments in late 2022 when we enquired regarding properties in Detroit. Barrie was our main point of contact and after reviewing the investment options available we decided that properties in Cleveland would be more suited to our needs, as returns were higher. Barrie was very knowledgeable on the US property market and also introduced us to the accountant who helped set up our LLC. We completed on the purchase of our duplex property in March and we are now receiving our rental income. I would highly recommended Global investments and we hope to make more purchases in the future.
