I have done 2 investments with Global , first property in Cleveland 2 years ago and another one in St Louis 6 months ago,
I had a great experience and Global was very professional and supportive
I would recommend them to everyone that planing to invest in real estate

After lots of researches for investing in the US market, I managed to get in touch with Mike. We exchanged for a while to cover all my questions and have the process made crystal clear.
I decided to go ahead and I bought a property 2 years ago in Cleveland, Ohio.
The property is a section 8 and I received every single month since then the rent.
Needless to say we are really happy with that purchase and we are planning to buy another one soon.
I can recommend Mike and his professional team. They always answered to my queries and questions and even made some suggestions that were pretty interesting.

Our recent purchase of a property in Cleveland through Global Investments was fairly complicated and required attention to detail. I visited Cleveland and knew the property would be a great long term investment so decided to be patient and let the guys at Global deal with the sellers technical issues. The process took an extra few months but that peace of mind to me is everything. We are very pleased with our investment and recommend Global to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Cleveland

Barrie and John at GII have been amazing to deal with. There is a significant time difference, i am currently based in Jakarta, however i would be receiving updates at 7am BST to assist with my decision making and with the purchase. We also ran into some issues regarding the AML checks, GII liaised on my behalf with both the solicitors and the developers to ensure the 'kinks' were smoothed out, top drawer experience, cant fault them.

We have had a really pleasant experience with Global. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a property in the States. A very professional, approachable team who know what they are doing

Buying my 2nd property from Global Investments Inc was an easy decision for me. I first purchased with Global 4 years ago in Detroit and I have had a very positive experience with my house and made good profits on the rental income over the years, I was thinking of selling and Global offered to sell for me but I decided to keep and use the money I have made on the rents towards another and just closed on a duplex in Cleveland. Same easy process with Mike, and John, nothing is ever too much trouble and just waiting for the new tenants to be put in my spare apartment, just had confirmation today new ones going in next week so very happy. Another huge thanks for everything Mike & John.

My experience with Global was excellent. Every step was straight forward. The team were very friendly and helpful and every question I asked was answered promptly. I had one small delay with my LLC but that was generally the US Governments employee’s being a little slow but that was resolved with a minimum of fuss. After having a long chat with the management team in St Louis I understand the process very well and confident my house is well looked after. Rents coming in from Section 8, very happy.

Global investments are not what they claim to be ! There is nothing professional about this team at all . Apart from taking your money to sell you a property they have no authority over an arising problems you occur with their recommended over seas management company ! We used harvest homes ,fred pickens ( also a broker )
This whole overseas selling arrangement is unsatisfactory and not worth your time or stress! Once you buy the house you are on your own , I do not recommend them at all
I have also been contacted by 3 other customers of global who are still fighting to get money back !
If they don’t like your review they threaten you with their solicitor! …. They should be using their solicitor to help us get the money that’s owed us !
Stay clear of global investments
As you can see from their reply of threats from a legal team ( we are still waiting )
Global know they owe us money that’s why we will never hear from them again !
We lost $5000 from overcharged expenses so would love to take this up with their legal team ! Maybe they could recover our hard earned money

Global are a professional outfit. Our experience in dealing with Mike and the team has been fantastic. He is an honest and a hardworking agent.

Global Investments made buying in the US easy. I have purchased my 1st property via Global a year ago. Everything I was told was acurate and the ROI is just as expected. Doing business with Global and specifically with Bader was great. They proved to be efficient and prompt. Now I am ready to make a second investment and I'll definitely do it them again

Just completed my second purchase in the States with Michael. Great duplex in Cleveland, needed a bit of work internally before tenants could move in and the maintenance team did a great job of decorating, some new units in the kitchen and a good lick of paint. Michael kept me updated and all works were completed in a few days, with pictures sent to me and tenants moved straight in. Really, really happy and yet again the Global team on the ground in Cleveland and in the UK have been nothing short of brilliant. I'd also like to say how professional and swift Richard has been in setting up my LLC in the states, Thanks Richard :)
