am writing this to warn other players about the tactics being used by Glossy Bingo and their parent company, Broadway Gaming Ltd.
This week, I won a substantial amount of money.
Glossy Bingo had absolutely no issues instantly processing and paying out smaller withdrawals of £1,500, £600, and £340 directly to my Nationwide bank account. By doing this, their finance department completely accepted and verified my identity, my payment method, and my source of ownership
However, the moment I requested a larger withdrawal of £3,500, they immediately locked me out of my account and blocked access
I have played completely by the book and have been 100% transparent. On June 22nd, I provided a complete verification suite: a photo of me holding my passport, my physical debit card, my Apple Wallet device information, and a Nationwide bank statement that explicitly displays the matching deposit transactions for both May and June.
My name matches across my passport, my bank account, my Apple Pay, and the casino account. There is absolutely no legal or compliance basis to hold this money. Yet, customer support is hiding behind generic template emails stating the review is "ongoing," while completely ignoring the fact that they have already verified me by paying out the smaller chunk.
Holding a player's legitimate, settled cash balance without cause is a direct violation of UKGC guidelines.
If this £3,500 is not released immediately to my verified Nationwide account, I will be escalating this case directly to their Alternative Dispute Resolution entity, IBAS, and filing a formal complaint with the UK Gambling Commission.
THEY EVEN TRIED TO HAVE MY REVIEW TAKEN DOWN!!! This is the email I received We're getting in touch because your review of glossy bingo was taken offline, and we want to explain why. Glossy bingo has flagged your review because they don't think it's based on a genuine experience.
I WILL TAKE THIS TO THE PAPERS AND EVERYWHERE! I have reported to the gambling commissioner I will not rest until my funds are released.

Not worth one star but can’t give zero. Tried a few times and always the same result, no bonus, no wins. All games are at least 20p a spin so a tenner last minutes when constantly dead spins. I wouldn’t recommend this site to my worst enemy

Awful experience with customer service so far. Emails not responded to, live chat being cut off and no where nearer resolving an issue costing me hundreds.
